I had a little project where I needed ten individual photos of each of my ten grandchildren printed on photo paper. I went to the Staples store. Abraham Krell-Enriquez waited on me. Right away, I had a problem sending the pictures to his computer. He was very patient and helped me send them and he explained what I was doing wrong.

After printing the pictures, I explained that I needed each picture trimmed to remove the wide white borders around each picture so they would fit (centered) on a 8 ½ X 10 colored paper and they needed to be laminated.

He did not hesitate, he very patiently trimmed each one and carefully placed them in the lamination folder and then laminated them. He could have suggested that I trim them myself at the table provided for customers.

Abraham was excellent! He went above and beyond taking time with my project all while having to stop and help other customers and answer the phone requests.

I did this project on three or four different trips (not having all of the pictures on my first trip). By the second trip he recognized me walking in the door and greeted me with a big smile!

I have been coming to this Staples since it opened (maybe six or seven years). I have always received excellent service from all of the workers and the managers go out of their way to make sure customers are taken care of!!

We had an awesome experience with Abraham in Printing. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in all of our requests. Abraham offered solutions and was willing to work with his other team members to delivery the invitations we ordered. I would highly recommend speaking with him if you have printing needs at Staples.

I enjoy shopping at this Falls Church Staples. It is low key, staff are personable and helpful. The store is small but I find it has all the basic office supplies I need. Because of the small size the store is easy to navigate. Their aisle and display signs are oversized, easy to read and consequently I can find what I am looking for efficiently. My experience is the store is always clean.

Ample printing resources. I now go here instead of FedEx office. Staff available to find items. Clean store. Complimentary recycling for tech hardware. Friendly counter help. Nice shopping plaza with some parking spots right by the stores.

Makayla is absolutely AMAZING She is an asset to your company. She helped me out tremendously her time and patience is something that I am extremely grateful for. I had placed an order at a different location and it was completely messed up and I was on a time crunch, I came in before her shift was about to end, and she still took care of me with such grace. I cannot express how grateful I am for the customer service that she provided for my son’s new small business, and I just want to make sure that she gets the proper recognition.

Went for Pre-TSA enrollment as a walk-in. The guy (forgot his name) at Pre-TSA check is very friendly and nice. Fitted me between appointments. 5-7 mins and I was done. Great service.

Amazing customer service, manager Gary went above and beyond to make sure the product we ordered was delivered on time. Called to let us know it arrived and is assembled and personally inspected the item. Incredible politeness, professionalism and a level of customer care not seen since pre-pandemic. Company pride and customer satisfaction were very tangible. Will always shop here and recommend! Amazing! P.S. thank you Hector for building the office chair!

We ordered some prints online and the files didn't upload properly. We were pleased that Ms. Annette from the Printing Dept went above a beyond to not only try a few times to make it perfect, but when the files continued to give her a hard time, she contacted us to have us come see it instead of just proceeding with the misprints! We sent Ms. Annette different files and the prints were ready the very next day. She's been a joy to work with and has such a positive attitude. Thank you Ms. Annette for your hard work! It definitely didn't got unnoticed!

Caleb was fantastic and gave me great peace of mind and reassurance as I shipped a computer from coast to coast.

I came in 30 minutes before close, yet he thoroughly explained how best to package my computer, and made sure everything was secure.

Hope I can ship from here again!

Caleb was amazing! I am a small business owner that came to staples with a last minute print job. He was very patient to walk me through the technical challenges of using staples software. I certainly appreciate his help and will be back for my small business printing needs.

The photo center staff are extremely kind and supportive! I highly recommend this store to anyone trying to get there pictures printed out!

It is always best to check the website when purchasing toner for your printer. The price in the store was just shy of $88. The price on the Staples website was just shy of $64.50. No problem at checkout getting the cheaper price. The other thing that I don't like is that you can no longer purchase one Sharpie at a time. The minimum is three depending on size of the marker.

I am a teacher. I have been coming to this Staples for as long as this business has been in Falls Plaza. (I am outing my age by admitting this.) I began using the copy center right away for my personal and professional needs. As creative person I use the self-serve copiers to create all kinds of magic for my students, but sometimes I need to combine forces with the service team who are always eager and polite--even when they are slammed. In all these years I have selfishly never written a review (the busy life of a teacher) until now. Recently I got married, which required a lot of prep work, especially since I went DIY with the whole thing. Invitations, posters and pictures of the blessed couple were scattered all around for the guests to enjoy during cocktail hour. Besides being happy for me, everyone behind the service counter was helpful with ideas and quickly turned around. I especially frequented for support during Nesenet's shifts (she usually works on Thursdays-Sundays in the afternoons and evenings) because she is highly competent, lovely, and intuits my needs even better than I do. Last year I moved from my conveniently located home across from Falls Plaza to the Vienna/Reston border. Even though there are Staples locations dotting the landscape far closer to me, I still frequent this store to work with their staff. Cheers to Falls Plaza Staples staff for always being here and coming through!!!

Awesome Costumer Service. Store Manager Layth is amazing and super friendly and prosesioy. He prints our calendars and newsletter for our residents in a excellent way. I am so great f for all of his help and assistance.
