Excellent service, and the chicken is of perfect quality however.. I got the spicy original. & it is SEVERELY UNDERRATED in their hotness level. TOOOOO HOT!!!!!! I am in tears. My nose is runny and I regret coming here… The milk boba tea is amazing btw, chef’s kiss. My boyfriend really likes the chicken as well and compares the spicy original to the flavor of wendy’s spicy nuggets.

I came here to pick up food and was greeted warmly by a very kind and sweet female, who may be the Manager. She provided very prompt and professional service. 😊 The aroma of the chicken was amazing and it was packaged so neatly. I look forward to coming back soon, thank you!

The chicken here is incredible. It has the perfect level of crunchiness while also being very moist and juicy inside, and the sauces they use are delicious.

Bbq is THE best fried chicken I remember ever having. Its crispy, juicy, chunky, with super cohesive, flavorful breading and sumptuous sauces that keep surprisingly well in the fridge for days (though it rarely makes it that far!). I regularly have it delivered and would choose it over popeyes, kfc, or any other hot chicken joint native to falls church. Also LOVE the japchae and bibimbap!

I came here when i was waiting for my racquet to get strung over at tennis string theory and i got the honey garlic chicken and potstickers and the costumer service and atmosphere were very nice and i go there all the time now when i’m craving fried chicken i would definitely recommend

I've been coming here since they opened and it seems like they've finally hammered out all the kinks. Service has improved greatly, take out orders are prompt, the chicken is more consistent and delicious. It seems like they've ditched brunch, so unfortunately no waffles, but you can order a buttermilk biscuit and gravy as a side now. At $6.50 the biscuits are a bit too expensive, and the gravy is kind of sad, but it is an option...

The food is really good here. I have ordered fried chicken and kimchi fried rice several times.But I find that the price is raising too fast. The kimchi fried rice was once $12.95 but now it is $16.95. I know inflation is going on but never expect the price would raise so much.

Best chicken I have ever eaten in my whole life. I have been here over 3 times & never been disappointed. I get their honey garlic wings, & they are just heavenly. Super flavorful sauce, crispy breading, & flavorful meat! I also usually get onion rings, & they have the best onion rings in the world. I 100% recommend this restaurant!

One of the better Korean fried chicken shops in the area. Their lunch specials are a great deal and the service is very friendly.

I ordered from here late on a week night (10:45 PM), for the first time. Delicious fried chicken (crispy and non-greasy), pickled radish, and coleslaw that is perfectly (aka for me, lightly) dressed. Definitely a new customer!

Wings are fantastic. Gangnam style were the best. Wings of fire were pretty spicy but not painful until I inhaled 😁

A colleague at work bought this chicken for all if us and I loved it so much, I searched online, found the place and went for myself. Lol. The staff is very friendly and the establishment is clean, so I'm happy and will return.

BEST CHICKEN IN AMERICA!! I literally refuse to eat fried chicken anywhere else now. Ive ordered from here 20+ times probably in my lifetime and they have yet to fail me once. Always hot, always crispy, always juicy, omg just the absolute best.

It was quite bad, and I was more than a little disappointed. My family had a very concerning experience tonight, and there was a moment when we feared for our health.

We got 10-piece honey garlic boneless chicken and 10-piece hot spicy chicken as a carry-out order. All of three of us each bit into a piece when we noticed this bitter gasoline-like (?) chemical taste and had to stop eating it shortly afterward. We took it back, and they made us a new batch, but it had the same exact taste when we ate it at the restaurant. We let the staff know and left the food there. We have no idea what we ingested and are a little bit concerned for our health. Never received a refund.

For context, 1 of us had COVID months ago, and the other 2 never had it, and we all tasted the same thing at the same time; I doubt it was COVID-related. The fact that the 2 separate batches had the same exact problem tells me that there was something wrong with the ingredients or preparation. Hopefully, I was the only person who ordered chicken from this place tonight and this will end with just my seeing the consequences of ingesting whatever was in there. Hopefully, this is an isolated incident because I would love to continue coming here. If this does not change very soon, I unfortunately do see myself changing this to a 1-star rating and coming here far less frequently.

Amazing flavors, perfect chicken. The kimchi fried rice was great and you have to add cheese!

The chicken is thick, juicy, crunchy, and comes out relatively quick. Excellent flavors. This is a favorite spot to visit. Great prices great food. Incredible speed and service. I suggest getting the wings bone in. I believe you get a juicier bite and flavor.

They sells juicy chicken. I am Filipino and love our jollibee like no other! But believe me or not after I taste the chicken from bbq chicken, I switched right away.. Idkw!! Their chicken are so goodddddd

Got the 10-piece GangJeong boneless wings and bibimbap delivered. Despite it being delivered, the chicken was still crispy and the bibimbap exceeded my expectations, given that the chicken is the main attraction on the menu. Very glad we now have a good Korean chicken place in Falls Church.

The food at BBQ Chicken is awesome. I drive over 30miles to eat at this restaurant.
