I found out about Arlington Lock through Western Prince William Chatter after misplacing my car key. Charles was quick to respond, offered a reasonable price, and came to my house promptly. He unlocked my car and provided an OEM key. Outstanding service!

I had a great experience using Arlington Lock to rekey several locks that I didn't have keys for. The representative who scheduled me was very knowledgeable and helped make sure the locks I was getting rekeyed would be able to be matched to the lock I did have a key for. Scheduling was a breeze and Doug did a fantastic job keying everything in a timely manner. Pricing was very fair and competitive for the area. Would definitely use them again!

Charles is an expert, dedicated to his craft and customers! On multiple occasions he has saved the day by helping my family and I in emergencies ie. being locked out of our homes and cars. Had to get a new lockset rekeyed on a Saturday. They are one of the few locksmiths open Saturdays in NoVA. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Great service and reasonable prices. I'll be using them again for any future needs.

Great service creating a copy of my Mazda key that contained chip. Had trouble getting a new one from several other places before they completed the task in minutes.

Charles and Jay were truly amazing. We had work done by a shoddy vendor who left us with an awful situation and we had to navigate it with multiple other stakeholders. Charles answered any and every question we had, provided research and never once looked down on our lack of knowledge or what happened. Jay and the rest of the team in the office were responsive, thorough, thoughtful and helped us for any scheduling or questions we had. When it came time to do the work itself, Charles was efficient, detail-oriented, considerate and went above and beyond. I hope never to need the service again, of course, but any time anyone has any issue with a lock or a key the Arlington Locksmith is 10000% where I am going to direct them. I cannot say enough good things about them and their customer support.

Amazing service of installing a bolt lock on steel door. Appointment service was on time and done in 30 minutes I would recommend them especially it family own!

Arlington Lock has earned another customer. Jay was honest, extremely patient, and assisted me every step of the way with a very specific automotive key situation. He saved me from paying absurd dealership costs for a simple key code. This is an honest shop that will hear you out.

Highly recommended. They helped us to replace a latch and were really attentive and receptive to the solution that we were asking for instead of just trying to upsell other products or services. Super meticulous and patient in replacing a broken latch into the handle and faceplate that we wanted to keep and with their help, everything is back to working perfectly.

All I can say is, go here if you want your key make or replace. The guys are good and responsive. In and out in no time and with reasonable prices comparing to a the car dealership. They make other house key and others too. Great place.

Fantastic service!! Super friendly, honest and helpful, from the moment they answered the phone. Got a technician to my home in under 2 hours to unlock my car, jump my battery and cut me a new electronic key. The key wasn't fitting correctly after 3 tries (they have a lot of issues with my specific make/model), so the owner drove out the next day to bring me a new one at no extra charge - and jumped my battery again! I ended up saving over $300 by calling Arlington Lock instead of having my car towed to the dealership. Cannot recommend them enough!!!! Thanks again Charles, for making a stressful situation pretty quick and painless :)

Consistently excellent, high quality service, and Doug is an expert in his field. I've used Arlington Lock multiple times and they always exceed my expectations with outstanding customer service and top-notch work.

Quick and friendly.

Was able to program an aftermarket smart key (proximity) with chip on the blade in about 20 minutes. For reference, 2012 Nissan Sentra with the "turn to start" ignition.

$100 for the programming, $10 for cutting the key.

They did let me know up front that because the FOB I got was not OEM (but let's be serious, they're all made in the same general area of the world), that there was a chance the process would not work in the long term.

But all things considered, saved at LEAST $110 on what a dealer would have charged by buying a compatible fob/key set for $30 and paying Arlington Lock $110.

The only real locksmiths in Arlington who know what they’re doing. They charged me $10 to copy my motorcycle keys perfectly and quickly when nobody else could do it, and mobile locksmiths wanted like $150. 100% recommend this place

These guys are the best. Ace couldn’t get my key copied right and the guys there made a copy that worked perfectly no sticking and continues to work perfectly. Forget the chain stores and just go get your keys done in one shot perfectly. Fast, friendly, super knowledgeable service. What more can you ask for.

They just programmed 3 auto keys I bought on Amazon in about 10 minutes, while I was waiting for a flat fee for all 3. Their price was well below what the dealer charges for a single key. After programming the keys (you pay upfront, not all keys can work), he charged me $10 a key to cut the backup mechanical key that was part of the lock. This was for a 2014 Ram 1500. I was done with the entire transaction in about 15 minutes, getting 3 working keys that remotely lock, unlock, start, and lower my truck for a VERY reasonable price. That's as good as it gets.

Awesome ... just read the great reviews. I agree with them all. After completing the first key, I already ordered another one from them. I am most thankful they are local in the community.

I went in looking to buy new cylinders for the door locks in my condo. The Locksmith, Charles, told me it would be in my interest to have them re-keyed. He stated I would save almost $200. Imagine that, a business that turns down making money to save you money. 5 STARS 🤩

Purchased a used car that only had one key fob. Needed the security of second key fob so I purchased a key fob from Amazon and brought it in to be programmed and cut. They charged $100 to program the fob and $40 for laser cut key. Took about 20 minutes and it works well. Very reasonable compared to dealership and nice folks!
