Sentara Therapy Center - Yorktown

I found my physical therapist very knowledgeable and competent. She worked miracles with my knee. She worked with me at the level I needed for that time in my rehabilitation at each of my visits. I felt challenged but not pushed. I seemed to make progress every visit. I left with a maintenance plan and I know I will continue to gain strength. The office staff was very friendly and worked to schedule convenient appointments. Everything about the experience was positive.

I've worked with both Kathrine & Jamie. Both were very helpful with rehab after TKR and more recently with an Achilles Tendon issue. I don't need much encouragement to rehab but both push me and find exercises that stimulate my recovery. Great group including Pam at the front desk.

I love this place. I've been to other therapy centers but never felt as comfortable as i do here. You actually get one on one time with your therapist. They are really fun to work with and it's never boring!

We love the therapists at Sentara Therapy. They individualized each person therapy based on your needs. The convenience of having a location in Yorktown Va is wonderful

They are THE best at what they do, very very knowledgeable and they are absolutely amazing. If you unfortunately need a physical therapist you won’t find a better place to go.
