The UPS Store

I came in this afternoon to ship multiple packages and I was greeted friendly by all of the employees and everyone was very nice!! Kirsten assisted me and was SO kind, efficient, and patient! She made my experience very pleasant so I will definitely choose to come back to this UPS store!

The staff has always been friendly and helpful at the Yorktown location, even when it’s busy. I like that there’s Amazon returns and notary services available as well.

The employees have always been polite and knowledgeable. UPS has been reliable for me, for years.

Wish I had looked at my receipt! Lesson learned, to my surprise the package I sent out was on my desk the following morning. Why? Because the clerk used the shipping from address as the ship to address. Now I have delayed my shipment by any day.

We charge for tape! I was dropping off an Amazon return last night and ran into poor customer service at this UPS Store. I dropped off the box and they scanned my return code on my phone. The young man behind the counter printed the label and asked me if this is how I was going to ship it. I said this was my 1st time using their store for a return and that I was used to Whole Foods as a drop off. The item was a pair of boots in the boot box. The front lip of the box was not secured so I asked if he would mind putting a piece of tape on the box to keep the lid from opening. This lead to the comment "We charge for tape." I told him to never mind and that I would leave the box as is. I can't believe we are charging for pieces of tape now. My hope is that one day that you experience the kindness that you put out into the world.

Completely insane. Went in to print a USPS Label, one piece of paper, and they charged two dollars, even when it wasn't on labeling paper or that they were going to scan or ship it. Office Max charges 17 cents. Still need to drop it off at USPS and already paid shipping for the item.

Horrible customer service. Friday staff was so rude and ignorant.
