Cyndi and I went to the Verizon Store in Yorktown yesterday, and both of us received very professional care from Ethan and Jess. We both upgraded our IPhones, and Cyndi also got the package deal, IPhone watch and IPad. Both Ethan and Jess were most helpful and explained new costs, new contract, and the in and outs of our new gadgets.

Darius helped me fix several problems with several devices that we had let pile up. Super knowledgeable and personable. I am grateful he recovered my photos and fixed several devices and saved me some money on my account. Highly recommend.

Darius helped us get out of a terrible phone plan and get us setup on Verizon. He helped other customers, setup five new phones up for us, and answered the store phones all at the same time. He also stayed an hour after closing get get us all setup.

Came in with a boot loop issue.. Darius was SO KNOWLEDGEABLE and helped me get the best incentive possible to get what I needed for replacement, setup, and coverage. He THEN went on to educate well beyond what anyone has ever offered in the way of tech knowledge current and upcoming. I almost did not go to this location and now will be a loyal patron! I wish to commend the hierarchy who decided that they would place a personable knowledgeable young person here. I am a senior, unfortunately, who is not Tech savvy. But this young man made me feel as though I could walk into this world and be apart of it. He solved all of my issues with the phone and has graciously. Commended graciously responded that I can come back again for further that says a lot for someone who would take to work with me I thank you.
