We use the Sebastian Office. It is very convenient and everyone is great. I would like to commend Ashley Delafuente who manages our homeowner's policy. She has done a great job setting us up with a new policy and reducing our premiums. She is always professional, personable and answers our questions right away. State Farm has always treated us well and we are pleased with Eric Ponce's office for both our homeowner and vehicle insurance needs. David Burley in this office is also awesome.

I just happened to find Alex Ponce in search of cheaper car insurance after paying I’ve $300 with Liberty Mutual a month. I was literally paying a car payment for insurance. Alex was very consistent with assuring me he could do better with State Farm. After trusting him to handle it for me I was able to save over $100 and better with him. His customer service was amazing and he was very thoughtful and thorough with explaining everything. His follow up with me showed he cared and in these times we need more people like him. We switch our car insurance to State Farm about 1 year ago. Best decision we made. Steffany Lopez has been our account representative and main point of contact since then. She was very helpful and answered all my questions concerning my (Service). I believe she had my interest at heart and found the best coverage for me at a good price.

Laurie Rivers has been our account representative and main point of contact since then. She has provided us with detailed information on our home owner's insurance, flood insurance policies, hurricane information, etc. When we purchased our home and condo, she demonstrated a wealth of knowledge and helped us make the right decision on coverage for our family. Every year at about this time I renew my life insurance policy with State Farm (I have had the policy since Feb 1978). I really look forward to the call to Melbourne (I now live in Dunnellon, FL) because it gives me a chance to talk to Freda at the Eric Ponce Agency. Although we have never met, Freda is such a delight to talk with that I think I might have to start calling more than once a year! She is always very helpful, takes care of my business and does everything exactly as I ask. The world needs more people like Freda Nichols, and I am glad to have the opportunity to know her and do business with her!

I was searching for a Home Insurance Quote after already shopping around and decided I should try one more place, so I called State Farm. So thankful that I did!!
