Jack Kroening - State Farm Insurance Agent

Had State Farm Ins for over 30 years. Jack Kroening has always been my Agent. I HAVE Had 2 roof repairs caused by neighbors with meager repairs inside my home. In 2004 the Huricanes and then putting new appliances in water line got cut. State farm has always been there for me. Being in Florida I can only hope State Farm stays in the state. I sure wouldn't want find another company or agent.

I saved bug bucks switching from allstate to Kroening State Farm, friendly staff and would recommend!

Great customer service. Mr Kroenig is the best!

After hundreds of dollars in rate hikes this year we ended our 30+ year relationship with State Farm. After we filed our first claim EVER for a bathroom leak that cost us $18,000. State Farm only paid about $5,000. We have replacement insurance with them. Our insurance went up exponentially after that. We decided to go with Florida Insurance concepts, Melbourne FL. Our bill with State Farm was over $6,000 a year. Florida Insurance Concepts got us everything for $4,000. WHAT A SAVINGS!! And of course getting State Farm to cancel our 7 policies in a timely manner did NOT get done! Good riddance greedy State Farm!!

My husband died abruptly, and I brought his death certificate to the office in July, and then in October, I still received car payment with both names.
So again I stopped by the office, and I mentioned it to Becca. I waited 3-4 weeks, and then I still had not recieved new car payment paper yet, so I stopped by the office again. This time the head of the office, Jack took care of me, and I asked " Do you trust or do you think your employee, becca, competent? "
He said " yes, oh yes, " I was shocked.
This employee had not done anything to change my car insurance status for me.
If they can not to chenge a simple thing, how can you trust if you have any car accident?
I do not have any confidence in this office.
The receptionist is not professional to my mind. I do not her from Adam, but she is not comfortable to be with. Since Jack has been in this office, I had been a loyal coustomer for all these years by chance because I had been with the previous agent, Connie. Jack had recieved all customers from connie's. Therefore I ened up at Jack's office.
Now I am switching to another State Farm Office.

Very frustrated with my service with this office. I have had state farm insurance for many years and this office does not return phone calls, follow through on promises made or even perform the actions they say they will. They provided me incorrect information that cost me nearly 1000 in extra costs on my car. Very disappointing. Still waiting on several calls back.

I would give a 0 star if I could.

I purchased a car insurance in March. Got all my paperwork done at their site at that time. But later I got a letter saying that I didn't sign the form of uninsuranced motor coverage, which appearantly I did. So I went to their office and confirmed that I did, and they confirmed with me it is the case and they will upload the signed form it in the system. And they promised that they will follow up the system to make sure it is processed.

However, a month ago, I received a letter saying that I still owe the company some money, which is due to the system didn't receive the form of waiving. I went to their office and confirmed with them again that they need to something to get it corrected. But till I got the notice of police cancellation, I still don't get any words from this agent. Not even a single phone call. So I called Statefarm myself, and spent tons of time over the phone, try to find someone to correct it. Of course, as I can imagine, I couldn't find anyone in that company, to fixed it.

Until now, when I write this review, 4 days before the cancellation due date, the form is still unprocessed. It literally took them more than two months to process a single form. And I am not sure how long it will take. I will not pay anything extra to that company, even my police got cancelled, then I will have enough to sue that agent and that insuance company.

A short summary, I have never seen such a unresponsible agent. Never seen a worse service through all my life. Stay away from this agent and this insurance compay, as far as you can!

Would give five negative stars bit it would not let me. The worst insurance agent ive ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I quote " I cant give you a price to upgrade your insurance to commercial auto until i upgrade it and bill you for it."

The CEO will get a letter about this, just because of principle. Treating 35 year customers like this, because you can, isn't right. But it's surely a "profit center".

JACK IS A GOOD GUY AND SAID HE'D APPEAL, BUT KNEW HE'D FAIL. HE'S BEEN HEAD OF THAT OFFICE FOR LONGER THAN I'VE BEEN WITH STATE FARM. STILL NO PULL. BUT WHY WOULD STATE FARM CORPORATE THROW AWAY EASY MONEY?! 35 YEARS WITH STATE FARM, NO PHONE ABOUT A LATE PAYMENT, NO NOTIFICATION WHEN THEY DELETED MY VEHICLE FROM THERE SYSTEM.
