Carmen, welcomed me as I walked into the store. Asked intelligent questions to discover what mattress would work for me specifically before discussing price. Knew exactly what would determine my needs. Waited for me to mention costs and then showed what would be best suited in my price range. I walked in doing research and walked out with a $1000 mattress at a great price. I felt heard and respected. A wonderful experience. Palm Bay Road, Melbourne location. Lovely bright store.

Woke up this morning knowing it was time for me to make the time in my busy schedule to get a new mattress. Closest thing to my house was this mattress firm. As soon as I walked in I was acknowledge and greeted with a smile. Ronnie got right up, introduced himself and was ready to help. He started with asking me questions on my sleeping preferences and possible sleeping concerns. He got started right away giving me all star treatment! He went to recommended exactly what I asked for. When asked what my budget was Ronnie made it feel like no issue! 30 minutes later and trying 3 beds and I was satisfied with his recommendation. I’m extremely appreciative of him not being an aggressive salesman and allowing me to be heard. I walked in thinking it would be a long drawn out process. He offered me several financing options and some add ons. I appreciate the thoroughness with this so that I could make my own decision with everything available to me. I not only recommend mattress firm, but I recommend this location and Ronnie. Thank you! I look forward to my new mattress being delivered tomorrow!

I purchased my bed and frame here 4 years ago. I went into store to get my son a new mattress and adjustable frame. The salesman that was there 4 years ago helped us with this new purchase. JT was very good explaining the options and prices of what we looked at. Thanks for a 2nd easy and wonderful experience!

Jp was amazing got a nice mattress at a great price he was quick and understanding and gave me alot of advise as to which mattress would be better. Never came to mattress stores cause I thought they were over priced and over rated, he definitely changed my outlook on that definitely recommend!

I was a little surprised that the price I was quoted was $1600 for twin bed which I thought included the mattress and box spring or frame it did not. Mattress firm should make the advertisements clearer.

In any event Ronnie was able to give me an offer which fit in my budget he was wonderful and gets five stars.

Chris was great. He was knowledgeable and helpful, he let me try out all options before making a decision and even gave me the best deal possible. Would definitely return and get another mattress, or pillows or sheets from chris!!

Ronnie was my salesman and he was awesome! He made me realize that we spend a third of our lives in a bed. But yet we try to spend the least amount of money on that. And he said something that really hit home and said that we try to spend money on things. Other people can see, and that's not what's important. He gave me an amazing deal on an amazing bed and I slept on it for the first time last night and thank the Lord. I did not wake up with any back pain today.
