Absolutely the BEST place to get your medicine and shop in their large gift store.

I have been a customer of this establishment for about 10 years, and I will ALWAYS keep coming back.

Though I don’t know all the staff, one person comes to mind throughout my time there. LOUISE. Louise always calls me when my medicine is ready, always has a smile, and has a joke for me. One time I was in need of discretion when purchasing something from Preston’s. Instead of checking me out in front of everyone in the line, she took me to the front of the store, where less people are, and checked me out there. I am so grateful for that.

This is just one instance, in many, that I am grateful for being a customer at Preston’s.

Excellent service with very knowledgeable pharmacists. They have high quality compounds that are cost effective and constantly produced with the most strict standards.

My company dealt with the VP Victoria, it was a very pleasant experience, she answered all questions with no issue. I phone head of time and received great customer service. My employee picked up our product and said the store person very friendly, and super helpful! Merchandise was sent back packed with love! I cant wait to do business with them again!

Their staff is phenomenal! Great response time, and by far the best compounding pharmacy our clinic has dealt with!

I have been using this pharmacy for quite some time now and I always describe it as a modern day general store, complete with hard candies and hand made soap at the register. Anywho, as I stated before, I have been coming for a while and generally there is a young lady, Jaime, working the back registers, that always compliments my nails but when I went a few Saturdays ago, to my surprise, this amazing young lady was my pharmacist! She greeted me, told me some information about my insurance and my prescription and got right to business. It was much different than our normal interactions, but I appreciated it. She kept things running smoothly and answered all questions I had. I had never dealt with her on a pharmacist level, so it was cool to see that advancement, which I believe is well deserved. Jamie, you go girl! I even met Grace, who was willing to go all the way in the back to look for a Coca-Cola for me. As always, while I waited, I had a lovely chat with Anthony and a great interaction with Louise, albeit brief. Keep up the great work Preston's staff!!!

Preston’s Pharmacy always goes above and beyond to assist me with getting my specialty compounded medications. Everyone is so friendly and helpful no matter when you call. Hann’s Pharmacy did an excellent job of coordinating my care with them on a busy Friday and even tried to assist me short notice to have it picked up so I wouldn’t have to commute to Arlington. I highly recommend Preston’s Pharmacy and Hanns Pharmacy for all your pharmacy needs and beyond. They have other unique items to help with health and wellness that are top quality. I just got my first antibody test (for covid) from the wonderful Miss Pascha and couldn’t feel more grateful to be in her care!! I have never gotten my blood drawn before, but she was so wonderful helping me calm my nerves— I didn’t even feel it!
Preston’s always has very professional people on staff and I highly recommend visiting their facility if you need anything in the future!

Recently started using Preston's and I have had nothing but a great experience so far. Customer service is far beyond what you can expect at the typical chain pharmacy, I have had no issues getting answers or explanations. They were able to provide a product that nobody else could and it has worked wonders for me. So happy I found them.

So glad to have to switched over to this pharmacy from my previous primary one. The staff is amazing and they treat you like family. They really go out of there way to take care of there customers. Also the gentlemen who work security at the door are always warm and welcoming each time I visit. Keep up the great service Preston’s !

I absolutely LOVE Botox in a Bottle! I've definitely noticed a decrease in fine lines and recently was told by a coworker that my skin "is glowing!" I'm also a huge fan of the new dispenser and would happily give this more than five stars if that were an option! #foreveryoung

My experience at Preston's Pharmacy was great. They had a large selection of compression socks and a very nice young lady helped me find the correct size. Will definitely come back!

I have driven past this pharmacy for more than 20 years and never stepped foot inside until a month ago. I really wish I had before now. I can’t speak to the quality of the pharmacy itself since I have not personally been in need of their services, but judging by the previous reviews, it’s safe to say they know what they are doing. What Preston’s might not be known for is the wide and wonderful selection of gifts that are great stocking stuffers, birthday presents, etc. They have artisan soaps, candles, stationary, and so much more. They play great music and the store is clean and welcoming. Give this place a try if you haven’t already!

Thank you to Pascha for doing such an amazing job with my antibody test this morning. She was quick, gentle and very friendly. As someone who isn't comfortable around needles, I appreciated her calming bedside manner as she drew a blood sample for the test. Thank you, Pascha, for being one of the incredible front line workers in this battle against the pandemic.

I think it took me longer to drive to the Pharmacy than the length of my actual appointment! Pascha was so efficient and thorough with checking me in and administering my antibody test. I’m not the best with needles, but Pascha was great with keeping me calm and making the process as painless as possible. I would definitely recommend Preston’s Pharmacy for future appointments!

Fast, friendly and efficient! Our family needed Covid PCR tests for travel. It was easy to schedule a convenient appointment online and the results were reported quickly. Preston's staff make it easy by having drive up appointments and were very professional. We were in and out in a timely manner. They offer several different tests and options on their website. Would definitely recommend and use their services again.

Pasha did an antibody blood draw for my husband and I. Even though we had mistakenly scheduled our appointments at the Merrifield location, she fit us in right away and was super gracious about it. The blood draw was quick and painless, and I hate needles! She talked to me through the whole thing and I barely noticed the draw at all. Thanks Pasha and thanks Preston's!

Pascha drew my blood for the antibodies test and she was amazing. she was polite and talked to me the whole time. the test didn’t hurt one bit! incredible experience 10/10 would recommend

Prestons is hands-down the best pharmacy in the whole area. The customer service is top notch and they really treat you like family there. The pharmacists are so knowledgeable and always give me the best recommendations when I’m not feeling great. Lindsey is the best at giving shots I couldn’t feel it at all!
