I bought a pair of boots here and after a week I realized the boots were not going to work out for me due to a comfort issue. The associate that helped me with the return was extremely helpful. He gave me no grief for returning the boots and was great helping me find an alternative that would better suit my foot. This is a great company, with great customer service. Thank you!

Shoes are expensive but I am seriously flat foot and with insoles one of the work boots I have is great for my feet. Guy at the store was very knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone willing to spend a little extra for something quality.

It's hard to find sneakers in the right width for me and my daughter. I have bunions that are a problem in fitting shoes and my daughter has high arches and short feet. Tried a few stores and red wing turned out to be the answer for both of us. They are the best choice for wide width shoe since I couldn't find a specialty shoe shop. We will be going back for more when we need them.
