It was the first I visited as they recommended me and I loved it, I found a variety of shoes for my children and with a good offer.

Large floor area with many options and sizes. Clearance racks had a lot of options as well. Parking was super easy.

At a time when online orders are increasingly popular, shoes are something that I would not want to purchased without trying on. And while we occasionally purchased shoes elsewhere, most of the time we go to DSW for its wide selection, discount prices, reward system, and excellent service.

I love this DSW the employees are wonderful I drive across town to come to this DSW and I have one up the street from me. They are so helpful and I love this location. I Victoria have a shoe addiction I love Shoes 👞 and the sales DSW has are Exceptional I just can't get enough. I have bags hidden in my car trunk now from DSW 🤫🤭

We bought two pairs of shoes. Lot of choices as usual.

My experience was wonderful and I feel safety all the time. The entire store are clean, neat, with social distance stickers on the floor. Hand sanitizer right on the front door. Keep your distance all the time. Employees always have mask and gloves

This is the first DSW that I have liked and if I lived here I would shop here all the time. I went twice, once to find inserts and came back to find shoes for my daughter. They have a great selection, both regular priced shoes and those on clearance. We came for a non-sale item but also ended up buying several additional paid on clearance.

In COVID life felt very safe shopping here with their precautions. I didn't catch her name but the manager helped me with a return and purchase and she was just so respectful and friendly. Very much appreciated her kindness and efficiency!

The customer service provided by Jay ( employee number JL439052) from the location in Falls Church, VA was outstanding. She took her time helping me find the snow boots I was looking for everywhere. Representatives like her should be rewarded not only with their income but additional bonuses since at the end of the day, it is because of their care, patience, and wiliness to help customers that translates in more profits for companies like DSW.

Came here for the first time just moved recently moved to the area. We ended up buying 4 pairs of shoes. Had great customer service from Manager Brian. Brian handled an in store confrontation between guests very professionally and respectfully. Very impressed with his ability to diffuse the situation even though the one of the guests was extremely irate. He apologized numerous times for the inconvenience. This store was very clean, had a great selection.

I went in today looking for a pair of boots and I found the perfect boots that I wanted from Timberland. There were a couple complications with getting the boots in store BUT it was not the employees fault at all!!! Jay went above and beyond to ensure that I went home with these boots and I did :’) From greeting me as soon as as they saw me to personally checking me out at the register, Jay’s customer service is unparalleled. Jay’s sweetness, compassion and patience not only makes her an awesome DSW employee but also an awesome human being. Jay’s efforts to ensure I went home with these boots, definitely made my day and I will ONLY go to the DSW a Bailey’s Crossroads from now on. Thank you for all your help Jay! Amazing place very clean very professional very stocked up great prices and customer service registered people they were like are you using a coupon today do you have the app if you do they are some coupons on there that you can use to give you a little discount amazing amazing The service was amazing and there was a Spanish old lady at this place and like she helped us through the entire transaction I want to say it was Matilda or Mary something like that it started within my belief but great service thank you DSW.

I went there with my girlfriend and she loves the place.All I know is they have every kind of shoe I've ever heard of and the place was well organized and clean with helpful staff.But I'm no shoe shopping expert haha.

DSW is the best shoe place especially for frugal folks like me. Great styles especially for formal shoes. I got nice Saucony shoes here that fit me great. New favorite shoe store, best I've seen.
