The store associate (the lady) who helped me is all in all fantastic. She took her time to listen ; took care of multiple transaction patiently, with friendly smile caring. She made sure that I have everything correct. Courteous, very professional. I like her a lot. She is a real customer service or knowledgeable to work in a people related business similar… I am glad I went there. She made my day .

Vivian was perfect! I came to send a package without shopping labels, she didn’t said we can’t print it - Vivian was thinking outside the box and helped me with these labels! I really appreciate it! You are the gem!!! After I finished with my package, she helped me with my regular shopping questions! It was a wow experience! Vivian you are the best! Thank you for everything!!!!

[Alexandria county] Welcome to the show, im the host, you’re here for the hard truth, I’m here to prove it to you. CVS is one of the most popular stores in Alexandria, It’s also one of the best stores in Crossroads Place of Lessburg Pike Service Rd and S Jefferson street. It’s even a normal store for everyone to shop in the convenience of purchase items. They have many products that is worth food, bathroom supplies, beauty supplies, body supplies, electronics, and many more. They even have school supplies for people that like to do project creations. Really? Yes, they do. When I’m talking about the supplies, I mean project materials in luck. They got electronics for personal collection. Do they? Yeah. Do they have cell phones to sale? No, they don’t. How about wireless supplies, I expect they don’t have them there. The only electronics they have is chargers, batteries, blank CDs, blank cassettes, and some local stuff. Are you serious? Yes. I am. They even have toys for kids to play with in fun supplies. Oh, really? Yes, indeed. They got the Bank machine for withdrawing money from the account. Huh? Do they? Yes, that’s right. According to this, they only have USSA Bank nothing else. What?, you can’t be serious . I’m sure they do why because I was there. The machine will only work for people with USSA Bank Accounts. The machine doesn’t work they individuals including shoppers have different banks like Capital One, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, PCN, and so on. For really? Yeah. (Story line) When I visit the store, I was having the mission to be there for a ID photo copy, I took a tour to the place, it was nice. But one lady who’s a female sales associate to the premises, I ask her for the Photo service and she helped me out on that. She took me to the place where they have the bank machine is then she told me our camera doesn’t work. I said alright, it happens. I said to her let’s do the Selfie in doing this my way. And then she helped me out. Suddenly, the Kodak image machine is not working for process. I was wondering why it doesn’t doing all the work for the appointment, it happens 3 times and then I was disappointed on the system for not operating the response for the request. The rest is simple to handle. Check this out they have confidence to help customers on the products what they sale. But the technology in the right hand, it’s difficult for them to maintain their service. What service ? The Picture Id and Passport service I’m taking about. Their camera is not in the best position to help others to have a passport photos or ID photos even other services they have. [Notice] The Passport ID photo service is not eligible the customer’s request due to technical difficulties and major issues on helping people out. The 2 yellow Kodak machines are not working for customer’s photo request of making the progress of planning to receive them. When you connect it, it response but it won’t let you or others do all the rest of the activation during the technical efforts. However, their system is not fix. Plus their responsible to take care of it but did prepare for the issue to be restored. They need to fix those machines for customers and their cameras before they have the ability to let them go any further in doing the best they can to prepare themselves to move forward with the environment. So now this, If this happen to you, him, her, them (people), when trying to do your best to get things over with, complete this fast as possible and if they’re not able to help you for whatever reason. Take it somewhere else where they can help you on your quest for I.D. photos or anything else. It’s this what we have to do just in case that happens? Yes. That’s the details I’m given to you and everybody else. Where is the pharmacy? It’s located far behind where they have the red title is. When you go forward, you’ll see the pharmacy for medication. So where’s the bathroom? It’s located on the left where the door is. Prove this and You'll be in a confident and decent life. Unless next time everyone.Take care.

I have to say, the customer service has improved by a lot, I am very happy to say that I can definitely refer this cvs, thank you for the very good service.

Well the store is open 24 hours. But recently they chaged the hours of operation in the pharmacy now monday thru friday. 8am to 10pm and on the weekends 8 to 6 pm. !!!

All employees are very friendly. Specially the store manager is very helpful. 😊☺
