Food Star

Food Star located at Falls Church is a one stop grocery store. There are varieties of fresh fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, dairy. I like the continental aisle from African food, to Asian or Latino food and condiments.

Big, you can find pretty much everything. Very clean and organized, and excellent prices!
It's mainly a south American products store, but they also have Arabian products. They have fresh meat and seafood as well. Totally recommend.

After one visit, this is now my default grocery store! The produce section alone is “Wow” inspiring. There is so much variety, everything fresh, ripe or just about to be (so you have it a day or two and it’s ready to eat.) It is better than any other store, even the chic one bought by the heartless mega online retailer.

The seafood, meat and dairy section are large, and again, with a lot of variety. If you prefer beans or rice, they have far more than other stores. And the have numerous health food options throughout the aisles.

And the dry goods are numerous and diverse. Asian, Latino, Middle-Eastern and I’m sure others I just can’t read all the languages. Small brands, large brands, regular size and, sometimes, restaurant size.

It’s a lot to take in so wear comfortable shoes, especially on visit #1.

Food Star is a good option for those looking for low prices and good quality items. They also offer free water gallons with particular purchases, which is a nice bonus. Overall, Food Mart is a good value for the price.

My mom loves this grocery store. They have lots of products and she likes the meat from there because it's soft to eat. I believe she gets the palomilla and fajita. Aside from that, they have piñatas, a little bakery near the fruits and vegetables, and also a boost mobile inside. Covid safety: they have a hand sanitizer station before entering the store, the cashiers wear masks, and the registers have safety dividers.

Great Latino y Asian super market. Very good prices on everything. Fruits and vegetables are probably the best prices around. Full service meat department, allowing special orders as well in specific cuts or forms of preparing meats.

Cost correct full service grocery store with a focus on the finest produce, flavorful meats and decadent seafood. Keep an eye out for childhood favorite snacks and drinks from South/Central America and Asia. No pharmacy but that's not at all a problem.

Do your research before you go here! So many options from all over the world. Amazing produce and meat. Can easily overwhelm because there is so much. Yummy, well priced, and good quality.

You can find what you need here. Decent prices and they're always stocking up. Can get a little crowded due to it being a full store from every angle. They offer sanitizer and gloves at the front door. Can't take the carts to the parking lot, so be prepared to haul the groceries or pull your car to the front.

Crowded. But the best international products are found here; some I can think of: Latino, Asian, African, Middle Eastern, Fruits and veggies are a good price and there's a lot of variety.

A lot bigger then the last location. Vast selection of foreign food and seasoning.if you're looking for anything Hispanic Asian or Indian this is the place to check out and see if they have what you are looking for. Prices aren't too bad. Lots of parking which is awesome.

produce selection is one of the best and prices are amaze balls; they have organic ginger, whole turmeric, and other herbs you cannot find readily at other supermarkets

Great market to shop, and it has a lot of different kinds of groceries from all over the world.

I love this place. I dont want you to shop there though, because then the lines would be long and the prices might go up. So stay away. Its MINE! ALL MINE!

Good value and quality food, especially the perishable foods like produce, meats, dairy, etc. I don’t buy that much prepared or processed food in general, so I’m not reviewing from that perspective.

Awesome experience, they were given $20 coupons to the ones that enter the store when they open the doors, sadly there was an old person who couldn’t “hold it” end up pooping in near the meat section but the Cleaning team took care immediately honestly my respect to them, also the people who were working In the meat department we’re very nice cashiers so much but I get it the store was very full of people, plenty of parking so I do recommend visiting this store everything was FRESH!

An excellent store that contains all the kitchen needs of food and tools.. They also have many types of meat that comply with the standards of Islam (halal)

I was pleasantly surprised to find this store was even bigger than the other Alexandria location. It offers a great selections of fresh fruit and veggies, lots of options for Caribbean, Central American, Latin American, Middle Eastern, Indian, and some Asian cuisine.

My trip involved lookong for a specific tea and picking up Nido. I found that the store is mainly divided by cultural foods, so I had to look for the tea in multiple aisles as teas from one region vary to the next. In my search for tea I stumbled on Valdez instant coffee which is excellent and hard to find.

The baby aisle is easy to spot and that's where I found Nido. Theh have like 6-8 variations of Nido and along with other baby/toddler formula options.
