Online reservation system may be messed up, denying my wife a consecutive appointment after mine, but the on-site staff did great accommodating our request to last minute cancel my appointment & put in my wife who needed it more than I did. And good, professional visit. Well done!

I booked appointment day before.
During waiting for test result she made some other controls (blood pressure, temperature,...). Then I got documents and more recommendation.
She was so kind and professional!

This was our second time visiting the clinic today they didn’t have openings for walk ins because they were slammed with vaccine appointments. Patient first had a packed waiting room. I asked for help with what medicine to try for my sons skin infection and explained his pediatrician had no appointments and the patient first and he’s leaving for camp tomorrow. They squeezed him in and got him medicine and gave me details on how to keep covered yes and nos for camp and was thorough and kind.

I will definitely return to this minute clinic. Thank you so much!!!!

I went for a cholesterol test in early September. One nurse was senior and the other was junior. It seemed to me that the Junior nurse was asked to do the blood draw so she could practice. The junior nurse failed to get any blood as her competence level was minimal. The senior nurse assured me as I was both recovering and later again when I was leaving that I would not be charged for the visit and she apologized. I later got a bill for the visit. I disputed the charges and told them that there should not have been a charge. MinuteClinic's billing has a process where they go back to the Clinic to get their point of view. The Clinic did not respond in the time they were supposed to respond. This happened 3 times. Finally, the Clinic responded and said that I should be charged. The girl on the phone felt that maybe they were charging me for the blood pressure and temperature readings they took. I told her I have that equipment at home, I needed a cholesterol test and didn't get one, that's why I went into the clinic. I went ahead and paid the charges 2-1/2 months later so my credit score was not damaged. I do not recommend going here unless it is your last resort.

Not worth it. I went in for a strep test and at the end of my visit was told that my insurance was covering the costs and I wouldn't have a copay. Few weeks later a bill comes in! I got billed for an "office visit" as well as the strep test nonetheless. For that I'd have much rather just gone to a doctor's office and been seen by a physician if I was going to be charged the same in either case.

I received my flu shot at this MinuteClinic and it was administered incorrectly. As a result, I've had weeks of pain in my shoulder due to SIRVA. I've had to go to several doctor appointments, had a cortisone injection, and may need physical therapy. Please do not go here for your care!

I went to this location for a routine TB test/reading. The initial test went fine, but when I returned to have it read for positive/negative I waited over an hour (with my two toddlers in tow) past my appointment time to be seen. The only reason I was seen at all was because I loudly explained to an employee my situation and how long I had been waiting - apparently, the nurse practitioner (Nana Tetteh, NP) heard me through the door of the office she had been sitting in the whole time. She flung open the door, never apologized or said a word about my extra-long wait, quickly read my test, and shooed my family out the door.
I will not be returning to any MinuteClinic locations, especially this one.

I went to the Minute Clinic and was told I just had a cold. When I visited an actual physician, he was shocked that I had not been given a prescription and quickly dismissed. I had bronchitis. Don't waste your time going here.

My husband went to minute clinic for skin rashes all around his neck and back which he is suffering from a month and the doctor Heather Chung has not suggested any medication not even a rash cream instead charged copay.Sadly she has said that she have no idea of skin allergies and couldn’t even suggest any Dermatologist. When you don’t treat skill illness why is there any option of skin illness while booking an appointment? Is this just to charge copay?I think in this pandemic people visit minute clinics so that they do not need to wait for a longtime.Very poor service.

Wanted to find out if they provided a specific non covid service but couldn't get in touch with a person. Their automated menu only handles covid questions.

Never again will spend that much money. I will learn from this mistake again. Do not go here, unless you have insurance.
