Cute place, good drinks, though the wait is always pretty long

Service was really nice! I asked for less sugar options and the server was super helpful with recommendations. She made me a delicious jasmine honey tea with boba, and even readjusted the honey to make room for all the sugar in the boba. Really accommodating and kind. The crispy fried tofu was excellent, too! Great visit.

Was there July 17, 2021. Got a couple of milk tea bubble tea. Was not busy or crowded. The cashier was friendly. Wait was not long. Tea taste good. I liked it.

They use DARK meat for the popcorn chicken which is a GOOD thing since its more juicy. Boba drinks are the staple and I love the coffee jelly. Just a consideration : I normally don't get the "standard" sugar offering for the drinks I go 50 or 70 percent but you do you.

We always get their popcorn chicken and it was a hit at the football game party. Drinks are consistent. One of my favorite boba spots

Cute little bubble tea spot at the Eden Center. The Thai milk tea with boba was delicious. The place itself was super cute with nice little seating areas indoor and outdoor. Would definitely go back here to hangout and get some bubble tea!

A good spot to get some bubble tea 🧋, word of caution there were fruit flies that were flying around and they were really annoying

I’ve bought 2 drinks so far and popcorn chicken. All surpassed my expectations. The popcorn chicken basil flavor is so, so delicious. The drink menu needs to be updated to reflect current prices. I did not have to wait at all during my visits, perhaps it was because I visited during the weekdays.

excellent taiwanese dessert and comes in both hot and cold variation. the boba is nice, soft, with the chewy texture I like. that also goes the same with the taro balls and everything is cooked as you order, I don't believe it's prepared frozen. however, the price is a bit steep for the portion size--with tip, mine was over $12 for tiny bowl

The vibe: super cute bubble tea shop! Colors inside are as bright as their teas! They're busy every time i go in but always quick to get my order.

The service: friendly staff and always hustling!

The bubble tea: DELICIOUS. Love the ice they use in the bubble tea (that good ice yanno). Reaaally love the coconut milk tea. And these reusable yakult cups I snagged was icing on the cake!

I personally like this location more than the location in New York. The store is brighter and much bigger, lots of art design on the wall, service was more efficient and faster! Speaking of the drinks, my favorite was “Taro Crème brûlée with fresh milk “I loved that taro purée, it was thick and nutty, so creamy! Their cheese foam w/ jasmine green tea was good too, a bit on the salty side, but it tastes perfect when you mix it with the pure green tea.

We got the buy 4 get 1 free promotion . It comes in a small cute bear glass bottle ( comes in white and black color ) and we picked the white one ! Love it 😍. My daughter love their Blue Galaxy and I love their Coffee Jelly Milk Tea . And don’t forget their basil chicken bite , its a good pick .

I like the concept of ordering your own drink at the kiosk because it can be difficult to hear people speak through a mask. Also, less mistakes when you can enter your own boba drink. I tried oolong milk and the sweetness was perfect. PS. Their bubble is so chewy and sweet , unlike the other place overly soft or not as sweet . Must pick !

My experience here were good. The drink and for both tasty. I have tried the other side dish, Japanese curry and beef noodle as well, were all good, maybe a little pricy.

Drink wise they are the best and most consistent vivi franchise store. I am a Vivi customer since their store 1st opened in NY which is over 16 years ago. Every Vivi store I visited, I ordered the same drinks and every time, the drink flavor and toppings are different from my 1st cup except from this store. The 5 drinks I had from this store was all on point.

Was in town visiting the area and really excited to finally have some boba tea & popcorn chicken again! Being Bay Area, Cali born & raised and growing up around "tap express" years before the boba tea & popcorn chicken craze exploded, this has been one of those missed foodie experiences for me as I moved around the country. Came here on a mid-Saturday afternoon and got a regular boba milk tea and popcorn chicken. Both were excellent and tasty. This was up to par with my Cali standards and expectations!

I have been here a few times since they reopened after covid hit. They are more organized now then before. The first time I went after the opening I was overcharged for a drink and after contacting the store not only did they refund me the drink they also stated I can show them our text conversation next time I go and get another free drink too, which I did redeem yesterday when I went with no problem. That is great service. And the snack food and bento boxes are great too.

Wow! First time here at Vivi and I order the Oreo cream brûlée and spicy chicken. Wow and wow it’s worth to wait. I found a new place to buy our tea cream Brûlée. I will recommend these place and the people who work was very apologetic.

The popcorn chicken was AMAZING and their bubble tea is delicious! The staff has always been so kind and friendly every time I've been in. This is one of my favorite bubble tea places in the NOVA area.
