The staff are great and know me by name. I go there every week for dry cleaning and they do a great job. I also go regular for alternations on blazers and pants and their work is impeccable. Finally, I regularly bring custom pieces like backpacks, banners and coats there to have items added to them and they are amazing!

I've been coming to Classic Cleaners for a few years now. They skillfully take care of all my cleaning and alteration needs; routine, wedding, drapes, etc. Their proficient and friendly staff always greet with a smile.

I'm a happy customer for the last 20+ years of the best dry cleaners in town! The owners, as well as the staff members are as friendly as they come. And the most honest, I had no idea that I left a $100 bill in a packet and I was called immediately to notify me! Great team!!
I NEVER had a problem with my clothes and they're always when promised.
Highly recommended!

I drop off five or six shirts almost every week. I have been doing this for a couple of years since my previous service went out of business. They do a very good job for me. The find and remove any grease stains. They are pleasant, friendly and polite.

I've been going there for several years and am pleased with the services. Particularly, I've had a lot of tailoring done (men's pants, mostly) and Ms. Lee does a great job - fast and professional.

The staff arrived to replace the back slider and two main doors. They used the work order to confirm what they would perform

High quality alterations and friendly service, but a bit expensive

Very expensive for the OK quality. Recommend you price compare first.

I was initially not going to write a review, but now I feel like I don't really have a choice. I didn't check the price when I dropped off my usual button up shirts, polo shirts and slacks (in this case, only one slack). I normally go to another place near my office but since I no longer go the office, this place is near my house so I decided to give them a try. Most dry cleaners are in the same price range - $2 or so for button up shirts and, $4 for polo shirts and $6 for slacks. This place literally charges double for everything! And I'm still ok with that because it is my fault for not asking prices before attaining their services.

Here why I'm leaving a negative feedback however - in addition to charging double, the did a horrible job. All of my polo shirts have creases that don't match the original collar line, there are at least one button cracked on 3 out of the 5 button up shirts, all of which have the spare buttons at the bottom, but they didn't bother replacing them, and one of my slacks has a stain which definitely was not there when I took it in, it's an area that is very shiny, not sure if its burned or a chemical or what, which may or may not come out, once I take it back to my original dry cleaners, that does amazing work, at less than half of the cost.

Personally I find it pointless to argue to bring these things back to them for repair, since they'll undoubtably say it was like that when brought in, so I'll lick my wounds and move on, but do yourselves a favor and go elsewhere. There are literally 4 other dry cleaners within a one-mile radius of this place.

We started taking our dry cleaning here after the cleaners near us closed. They were significantly more expensive, which was surprising, but we thought if the did a good job it was fine. And they definitely do a good job of identifying potential repairs, which was nice.

What didn’t work for us was that our dress shirts were coming back covered in fuzz and lint. Also a couple easy to remove stains were not removed, even though we pointed them out at the time of drop off. My husband brought one of the shifts back to them and showed them- along with the fuzz, because we wanted to give them the opportunity to make it right. The person behind the counter asked - in a rude manner, “How can I know that didn’t happen after we cleaned the shirt?”

We’re definitely not coming back, and we wouldn’t recommend the cleaners to anyone who cares about and takes good care of their stuff.

I've been using Classic Cleaners at 1122 W. Broad in Falls Church for 3 years now. I have finally decided that I am an idiot for continuing to come here. They gauge you on the prices, especially womens' clothing and alterations. My worst experiences are when the women, who might be an owner/manager, is working the register and she tries to find the most clever way to get as much money out of the exchange. I'm done after she wanted 40 bucks to put a few patches on some work pants and overcharged for my blouse because she said it was long. I like the location and quick counter service - overall great staff, but I have lost faith. I'm going to the one next to Safeway where the tailoring is very good and reasonably priced and good overall service.

They are way to expensive!!! You can go anywhere in Falls Church or the surrounding area and pay less for the same or even better service! I just had shirts done and 2 pairs of slacks it was almost 100.00. I said never again will this business get my money!

Super expensive. Will not use again. I paid $65 for cleaning a suit, sport jacket, shirt, dress and minor dress alterations (which they identified and may or may not have caused)....this place is too pricey for us.

$35 to dry clean a suit and two sport coats. I'll look somewhere else.

Took wedding dress here to be steamed. Originally they quoted me at $100, and then when I came back charged me an extra $20 because they said they mispriced it the first time. The dress was wrinkled, had a couple stains as if stepped on, and the bow did not appear to have been steamed at all. I did better with my own steamer at home! I had to bring it back to them, at this point the day before my wedding. When I handed over to them, the man there dropped it on the floor! They refused to refund me any amount, laughed in my face when I asked. Very unprofessional. Will never be returning here. Cannot believe they handled the situation in this way. I do not recommend. They have bad ratings for a reason.

When I picked up my coat after a cleaning and button fix, they said they found a broken zipper. It was not broken when I gave it to them. They fixed it right in front of me, in 15 seconds, no special tools, just by hand. Then they charged me $20 for the zipper plus the cost of cleaning and button sewing. I think fixing a zipper that was probably broken during cleaning should be done for free. It builds a good relationship with the customers. They do a decent job with cleaning and repairs, but they decided to nickel and dime over a zipper. I wont be going back.

UPDATE: they sewed a button right through the middle of my coat pocket. Now a can't get my hands in there. I'm never going back.
