About 6 months that satisfaction went to a new level. My wife and I were closing on a new home and last minute tax requests were required by the lender to move forward (as a 1099 self employed financial adviser with commission income this wasn’t the easiest process). Long story short, I needed some immediate help to close on the home which was set for later that week.
