I recently had the pleasure of visiting the 7-Eleven store located in 7451 PATTERSON RD
FALLS CHURCH VA
I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude and share my wonderful experience with the exceptional employee, Israel.

Israel’s dedication to customer service was evident from the moment I entered the store. With a warm and welcoming smile, he greeted me and offered assistance in finding the items I needed. His knowledge of the store’s layout and product selection was impressive, ensuring I could quickly locate everything I required.

Throughout my visit, Israel went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant experience. He patiently answered my questions, provided recommendations, and offered helpful suggestions for new products to try. It was evident that Israel genuinely cared about meeting the customers’ needs and ensuring their satisfaction.

Moreover, his friendliness and positive attitude created a welcoming atmosphere within the store. His professional demeanor and willingness to engage in friendly conversation made my visit even more enjoyable. Good place to get snacks due to its proximity to the bus and metro stations.

Good to have Seven11 close by with friendly staff and they will cook fresh food here anytime you want. Mostly the Store is organized all the times I visit.

Store was dirty

This is the SLOWEST 7-11 store I’ve ever experienced and I grew up in NVA so 711 is always been a part of my shopping experience. Every morning that I’ve been here the line is long, almost wraps around to the cold drinks section, the workers are too busy putting away the deliveries and helping the vendors who come in than to help their customers get out of the line. There’s extremely limited parking options also. Therefore as the folks inside take 10 + minutes to leave since the staff has zero sense of urgency in helping out a morning rush, even getting in the store is sometimes difficult. It’s clean and doesn’t smell so there’s that (why they earned the 2 stars they did).

If you have some place to go or time restrictions in your life or just don’t have 20 minutes to waste, this is not the store to visit. Alternatively if purchasing items that are priced higher than the grocery store, which is arguably why it’s called a “convenience store”, but not really convenient cause they take no care on giving you service, (OMG this sounds like metro) then this is the one for you!

No bathroom

I went to 7/11 on 2/9/24 and I got a bag of Cheetos and when I got the cash a man was mean to me and he held my hand to put the coins in my hand for change after I paid cash asked for a receipt he said no you can not have a receipt I asked her why she said you just cant have it because you didn't have your hand out for the coins

This 7-Eleven violates franchise policy and deprives customers of refunds, despite having a receipt. Very frustrating experience with this store - most of the one star reviews are accurate. Bring your money somewhere else.

workers doesn’t want to work, i recommend change, when i asked do u have pizza? he said not now, he was literally soo lazy
