Stopped by Dogwood after visiting the nearby Falls Church farmers' market. It was a quick walk and had both plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The hostess was so friendly and our waitress was informative and attentive. We were seated in a lovely two person booth that felt very cozy. We went during brunch! I had the huevos rancheros and coffee and my friend had the Appalachian country breakfast and mimosa. Everything was so good! The mimosa price ($5.50 when we went) was by far the cheapest I've seen in a while. We were both stuffed for such a reasonable price. Dogwood was a great place to catch up with a friend while enjoying some delicious food. Would highly recommend based on the wonderful, friendly service and the price

I came into town and met up with some friends. I got here early and they seated me, even though my party wasn't complete. Simon was our server and he greeted me immediately, brought over water, and answered my questions about beer selections. I asked if they did beer flights, but unfortunately they do not. Simon offered some samples to see if I would like a beer before committing so I tried a sour, which was delicious, but it I have to commit to a whole beer (and I only drink 1/meal), I chose an oatmeal stout. I was NOT disappointed.

My friends joined us and Simon immediately came over to take their drink orders and asked if we would like to have any appetizers started, which got us to order the pretzels with beer cheese and a half dozen oysters.

I ordered the chicken piccata and it was so delicious!! I can't remember what my friends ordered but they loved their meals as well.

For dessert, we ordered a key lime pie and the bananas foster bread pudding. So delicious!!

This place has amazing food and service!! I will definitely return next time I am in the area.

Not only is the food (and the cider!) amazing, but the staff were extremely welcoming after we had a little car trouble in their parking lot. This will be a favorite of ours and I highly recommend them for a classic tavern food and raw bar experience!

A wonderful spot to get a drink and bite to eat. Tonight was the Kentucky Derby and they had my favorite, Mint Juleps ready to serve. The Mahi Mahi tacos are FULL of flavor!

I love this place. They have the best Huevos Rancheros for brunch that I've had. The food is delicious and it comes out unbelievably fast. They have multiple outdoor areas to sit in. Probably more seating outside than in. There's a nice long bar inside with lots of beers on tap. Say hi to their great bartender Amber. She's a riot.

I was surprised by this place. Really enjoyed the flavors. I tried the vegetarian wrap with cauliflower and it was delicious.
The vibe is nice, even the outdoor was well maintained and great for having an sport bar experience.
Next time I must try the loaded nachos and the wings.

Awesome spot that is our new favorite place and will be in our regular rotation. Expansive menu for food and drinks, great atmosphere that has a community feel and is busy without that packed/uncomfortable feeling, excellent service, and phenomenal food. Bonus - parking was a breeze and it was kid friendly while still feeling like a treat for the adults. Thank you!

The Dogwood is THE Falls Church pub. I feel like I'm home when I go there. The food is good, way better than the above-average pub. Always a good choice of beers. Servers are locals and they stick around. Go there a few Sundays in a row, and they will know who you are, what game you want to watch, and what beer and food (Buffalo Wings!!!) you will order. When it's sunny and warm, the roof is the place to go. I loves my Dogood!

This place is full of locals. I've been here now twice, and both times this place has been a very pleasant experience. Parking is a bit of a challenge and the traffic off Broad Street will make you second guess, but I recommend you go here. I had the fried chicken sandwich with Buffalo sauce and blue cheese crumbles. It was awesome. They also have a hot cider with spicy rum that is delicious. Please give this local place a try.

We were around a party of ten. The staff took care of us very well. Server took lots of photos of us. Enough attention, but not trying to rush us, you know...Everyone enjoyed their food and beverages. If we are up there again, my husband and will return.

Not too bad of a walk from the hotel. I looked at their menu online and saw the Cajun food Chasin' Tails had removed from theirs. Nice ambiance. Opened with the Dogwood Spring Rolls, quite a Cajun bend on a eastern appetizer. I went for the Jambalaya with added grilled shrimp for my meal. Moderately spicy and very tasty. I finished with one of their dessert offerings. I was full when I left and walked some of it off on the way back.

Wow what a fond in falls church area. Was able to enjoy their Sunday brunch. Bring you appetite this place will be able to meet all your expectations.

Dropped in on a whim with a large group of family. Great pick. Enough options for everyone and wonderful brunch picks. The Virginia Ham Benedict was fantastic!

Stopped here on a whim but I'm so glad I did! The food was delicious! I got my order to go but they offer dining in and the atmosphere is super cozy with a fire and everything. I can highly recommend the BBQ sandwich. It was delish!

Just be very careful where you park. One section is only two hours and they really do enforce it.

The menu offers tempting and popular salads, appetizers, main dishes, sides, and desserts. A wide variety of beverages is offered. We have enjoyed Dogwood Tavern for decades, both inside and on the deck outside. Partial to their grilled salmon salad, so good!

Sat in bar area only, but great atmosphere, good people watching and French onion burger was very good. Good drinks.

Loved the old style sports bar and a restaurant. Food was delicious and service was extraordinary. The lady served the food was very knowledgeable and doing above and beyond with our requests.
