From the beginning of the call to the final completed work and follow up, I received excellent service of all work performed. The work was thorough and everything was clean when they were done. I needed drywall work done and they provided the contact information of Phillip Stevenson who was very flexible and completed it in a timely manner. I would call The Plumbing Dr any time for future work performed.

I encountered a serious plumbing issue over the weekend and was fortunate to have Wendy from the Plumbing Dr assist me. She efficiently coordinated with and dispatched Harald, a skilled plumbing professional, to my condo. Wendy's thorough explanation over the phone prepared me for the process and potential problems.

Harald came in the morning and conducted a diagnosis and identified the main sewage problem, which required him to shut off the water and remove the toilet. However, the valve associated with the toilet was frozen due to age. Coordination with the management office to access the water main valve for my unit was then needed. Harald, unable to proceed without permission, temporarily left for another job.

Once I obtained clearance from the management office and informed Wendy, she promptly reconnected with Harald. He returned later in the evening, addressing issues with my toilet and bathtub and clearing the main pipe obstruction. I am very appreciative that this complex problem was resolved on a Sunday.

Harald is an organized, confident, and friendly professional, while Wendy is responsive, thorough, helpful, and organized in her coordination efforts. It is evident that they genuinely want to help me out during this challenging situation on a rainy weekend. I extend my gratitude for their outstanding service and will recommend the Plumbing Dr to anyone in need of plumbing assistance.

I called The Plumbing Dr on October 3rd after discovering water leaking through the ceiling of our downstairs bathroom. It was a total crisis moment. I was quickly scheduled for same day service. Harold and Jake arrived earlier than I expected yet called me to alert they were en route. They quickly identified the source of the leak, a small hole in copper tubing that had obviously been there some time. Of course they had to open the ceiling up. But they quickly repaired the leak and referred someone for drywall repair. Harold and Jake were personal, professional and very thorough. I would totally recommend using The Plumbing Dr and especially Harold and Jake. They did an excellent job.

I recently had an emergency after-hours issue with a malfunctioning sump pump during a heavy rain storm. I called The Plumbing Dr. after 11pm and within 90 mins they had a licensed plumber at my door working to triage and fix the issue. Phillip was very professional and courteous. He did a great job replacing the faulty pump and getting everything up and running in short order. The callout fee was very reasonable (less than $100), as was the overall price to complete the job. Prior to this I hadn’t been a customer of theirs, but they will now be my first call.

Had a very positive experience with Plumbing Dr. We had a major clog of our kitchen sink that required extensive work (snaking and jetting, and replacing exposed pipes), and the team was very responsive, professional and efficient. Brian and Raaba assessed the situation and helped us navigate and understand our different options. They then executed the agreed upon plan in a timely and professional manner. I couldn’t be more pleased with their work.

Dr. Daniel and Dr. Cornelius were able to diagnose and repair a sink faucet leak as well as high water pressure/water heater concerns promptly. They installed a new pressure relief valve (PRV) and included a pressure gauge so I can monitor the water pressure at any time. Given my water heater is over 15 years old, I decided to replace it. They added an expansion tank to the water heater as well as 2 alarms to detect moisture or leaks. They explained various causes and symptoms of plumbing problems and answered all my questions professionally. They were courteous and conducted themselves in a professional manner. I highly recommend The Plumbing Dr and have used them many times over the course of several years. I can’t comment on the quality of the water heater; only time will tell. I registered the product (AO Smith 50 gallon) online and it has a six year warranty.

Team did a great job and finished quickly. They were actually scheduled to start at noon, but called to come early since they were ahead of schedule. They finished and were gone by noon.

We always get fabulous service. Everyone is courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.
For our most recent service call about a toilet which did not refill, Dr. Elbio came when promised and put plastic covers over his shoes before starting work. He explained the issue and costs of repair solutions. I asked about replacing the entire toilet, which I had not mentioned when scheduling the appointment. Dr. E did not seem flustered by my request. He patiently compared the various options until I thoroughly understood my choices. What I found amazing was that he said he could install the new toilet that day, even though I was the last call of the day. What extraordinary service! I wish I could rate him with six stars.

DR Harold completed a sanitary waste system renovation for our kitchen and laundry sinks on 2/27/24. This job included power cleaning main lines, flushing and purging fixture lines, and accomplishing performance and safety tests. He arrived on time, expertly performed the work, and cleaned-up each the work areas. Dr. Harold was professional, personable, and outstandingly finished the job in a timely manner. Highly recommend the Plumbing Dr's and specifically, Dr. Harold.

Simply OUTSTANDING !
My hot water heater blew a hole through its relief valve and was jetting a high pressure stream of water into the ceiling and flooding the lower level of the house.
First, telephone response within 1 hour, on an extended holiday weekend. Two other plumbing services had been contacted... One never called back, the other responded two days later.
Second, dispatch of plumbers and arrival within 2 hours of the call on that same extended holiday weekend.
Third, immediately impressed with the bearing and professionalism of the responding plumbers. They analyzed the problem and stopped the leak within minutes.
Fourth, having stabilized the situation, they gave a precise, clear, detailed explanation of the options for repair, and the exact price for each option.
Fifth, the work was done quickly and completely, all problems solved at the exact price offered.
In Summary: I have never, in over 40 years of home ownership in different locations around the county, never, EVER found a better plumbing service than this. In fact, nothing else comes close. Finally, i wast gratefully amazed at the price, much, MUCH lower than what friends and relatives have been charged for similar service.

Don't even bother calling anyone else. Call the Plumbing Doctor first.

Phillip and Brandon arrived promptly and on time, and were professional, courteous and friendly throughout their work. They wore masks and shoe coverings like I requested, worked quickly, efficiently and quietly, and even helped me to choose a work choice that fit my budget. They completed the work in a short amount of time, and left the work area spotless. I couldn't be happier---5 Stars gentlemen!

Harold arrived at our house this morning to help us with a kitchen drain issue. The was the first time we used "The Plumbing Dr." We were pleased and satisfied with the entire experience. Harold was professional, and professionally competent. He did a fine job of figuring out what the issue was and resolved it in relatively quick time. He left the workspace cleaner then when he arrived and charged a fair price for the work. We would definitely use the service again and would recommend them to others.

Great job by Dr Phillip. He's the best technician I've had in any company, anywhere. He was on time, professional, did great work, and very knowledgeable. He was also very honest which cannot be over emphasized and covered several repair options with me. I will always ask for Dr Phillip by name with this company.

I had a gas leak yesterday and called last night. Wendy received my call, she was very helpful and nice. She scheduled me the next day and Elbio came in as expected. I was pleasantly surprised to call and was able to get same-day service! Harold was the name of the plumber who came to our home and was very professional and polite. I also received a courtesy call about 15 minutes before he arrived (much appreciated). He discovered a new type of drain stopper in our home he hadn't encountered before. Yet, he found results on how to deal with it on-line and expertly got both our drains unplugged and flowing freely. As well, he completely cleaned up all around both sinks. I highly recommend this company for their experienced plumbers and getting the job done efficiently.

Harold and Cornelius did a great job to renovate my kitchen under-counter lines to accommodate a new dishwasher. Once they had diagnosed the issues to resolve, Harold provided a number of options that would best fit my budget. They were very thorough and got the job done. We had a fantastic experience with Daniel and Jake. They were here for the better part of the day working on the shower drainage/pipes in the basement. They showed us what was wrong, explained their recommended solution, and asked us if we had questions every step of the way. They were communicative, friendly, and thorough. They also went above and beyond cleaning up before they left (including our outdoor staircase, which wasn’t even where they were working). We can’t recommend them highly enough. I called the Plumbing Dr on a Saturday for a leak in my bathroom. They immediately responded and kept me updated on the arrival of the technicians. Everyone was professional and, clearly, experts in their field - especially Tony and Charlie. Not only did they fix the leaking pipe, they also coordinated with my building for the water shut-off and were involved in every step of the project. I highly recommend this business for any plumbing needs. The prices were fair and the quality of work was amazing!

Installation of Water Filter. Being in my 70's, and having owned a number of different homes and condos, I have had dealings with many different home service providers. This is why I can honestly say that the service from The Plumbing Doctor is as good as I have received over the years. Totally professional, efficient and reasonably priced. Doctor Bill and his support staff were a pleasure to deal with. In fact, we had a question about the installation of an undersink water filter, that was bought and installed through them. Dr. Bill came by the house to answer our questions in person. I wish all of my dealings with various service providers were as satisfying and rewarding as we experienced with The Plumbing Doctor.
