I can’t thank them enough! I called at 5:30 pm today to get Mother’s Day flower arrangement delivered to my mom. Not only did they accept my order, mind your so close to their close time, they did a fabulous job with the flower arrangement. I just did the designers choice and my mom loved the flower arrangement. The flowers were fresh and the vase was super cute. Highly recommend.

Bonus, they accept Canadian credit cards 🙂

I'm not sure about the other reviews from Valentine's Day below. This place is fine. I've had at least four well put-together bouquets delivered promptly. I can only imagine how hard it is to deliver the huge volume of orders they deal with at that time. Cheers to them.

I purchased flowers for my girlfriend's birthday from Buckingham Florist. Needless to say, I will be taking all future business to Buckingham Florist because she was obsessed with the arrangement for WEEKS. I found their prices to be very comparable, if not cheaper, than other florist shops around. Thank you to Buckingham Florist for the wonderful experience! I look forward to purchasing from you again.

They were efficient with the wreath order for a local funeral service of a colleague. Beautiful, graceful wreath -exactly what we wanted, roses, lilies etc. and delivered to the graveside for the service. Thank you for making it so easy.

This lovely shop always sends beautiful flower arrangements. If I send my folks something from another local florist, they complain they aren't as nice. Buckingham also holds flower arranging classes.

The ordering process and checkout process were easy, however, I was disappointed in the actually arrangement I sent to my friend. The photo on the website showed a lush succulent arrangement and what was sent was sub-par. I know they have substitutions depending on what is available however what was sent was definitely not worth the price. The container was nice it was not nearly as filled and beautiful as it should've been according to the product image on the website. It looks like something I could've gotten at a hardware store - it's pretty disappointing.

I know my friends paid a lot for this bouquet but the flowers were not fresh at all. Looked nice with colors but drooping and some wilted already day 2! Stems were slimy and completely overfilled with greens. Cleaned it up myself. Very disappointing and will not use this place.

If I could give a zero I would, these flowers were supposed to be delivered on Tuesday, when they failed to deliver them, I called the next day, letting them know I would not be able to receive the flowers and they said they would have them delivered on Thursday. Come Thursday, the flowers did not arrive and when I called them they suddenly said they would need to be picked up and I would not be issued a refund because they “had been ready for three days”. Why offer delivery if you are uncapable of delivering on time. My bank is now getting involved and they will be giving us a refund regardless. Do not expect honest and prompt delivery or service from this company. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Beyond disappointed- I spoke with them early in the day and they were supposed to call me back and never did. I called two hours before closing and got endless ringing and a full machine. They delivered to my friends apartment building and never notified me or her that she got a delivery. And the flowers themselves… UGLY. Very sparse when the bouquet is supposed to be full and vibrant but these are dull and filled with dirty water.

While the flowers are pretty, the arrangement was supposed to be in a pretty vase with birthday candles and curly ribbons. Disappointed that the arrangement doesn’t convey birthday cheer like the picture of the product I ordered did. This in no way says Happy Birthday.
