I have been coming here for over 10 years. The Pharmacist has always picked up when I called and is willing to assist me, when I have lost an inhaler or eye drop prescription box, with the number. On several occasions they have contacted my Dr. before I could for refills. Along with this the Pharmacist knows me by name and addresses me as such when they see me in line or at the counter. It's almost like a small town Pharmacy to me and i literally trust them with my life.

I have a lot of scripts and sometimes need to talk to pharmacy. If you call the PHARMACY number and hit the prompt to talk to pharmacy, or remain on the line, you get hung up on. It has been a problem for SIX months now. I've told pharmacy and customer service over and over and still never fixed. Yet my friendly texts still give this number to talk to pharmacy.

Writing this review after waiting 35 minutes for my flu shot. Neither the tech or pharmacist acknowledged how long the wait is. Someone just walked up and said they had been trying to call but no one was answering so they had to come down in person

Absolutely the worst pharmacy ever! They are chronically understaffed, and always claim my Drs never sent the prescription. Since this seems to happen with ALL my Drs, it can't be them. Never use this pharmacy!!!

Absolutely the worst, most incapable and unprofessional pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They will actually argue with you about things your doctor tells you and refuse to take directions. They also use no discretion when discussing your prescriptions and are slow to do everything. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this pharmacy like the plague.

Worst customer service. Whether I am picking up a prescription or getting vaccine, they never communicate waiting time and it never takes less than an hour to deliver the service.

Longest wait that I ever have to do for prescription in this location. And the pharmacist was so rude .does not know how to talk to patient
