We had to buy a new car and buy one quick as our current vehicle died and needed to be put out to pasture. We went all over Melbourne and Palm Bay stopping at every dealership looking at the used vehicles and were completely disheartened by the astronomical prices for vehicles that were in terrible shape and were not reliable not to mention the pushy sales people. THEN we got to Melissa's Palm Bay Auto and thank God we hadn't given up yet. Their cars were in great condition, and reasonably priced and everyone who works there is kind personable and not pushy at all. They were interested in helping us get what we needed and the Nissan Altima that we got was perfect. They were honest and upfront with all of our questions, didn't waste our time, and it was an experience that we felt good about during the entire process. Thank you ❤

I can't thank Melissa enough! She didn't give up when trying to get me approved seemed impossible. She pulled it off and got me the car I needed to accommodate being disabled without breaking the bank! She truly cares about her customers and everyone inthe office was super nice and accomodating! You can really tell how much they love their jobs! Y'all are amazing! After 7 years I finally have a car I can call my own and I can finally travel to see my family again! Forever greatful! 💜

I would give Melissa 10 stars if I could. I bought a 2008 Ford F-250 that is still running strong, only did oil change, replaced tires, etc.... She is also very active in the community and is one of Heritage High School's more important football sponsors. She is the best!!

I bought my first car, from Palm Bay Motors, a Toyota Highlander, I was so nervous as I wasn't sure what to expect or what was required if I wasn't buying cash. I must say Melissa and Tom made it the most pleasant experience ever. They took me through step by step, they didn't leave me alone to wonder and ponder about anything. They took care of the necessary communications and involved me where necessary. They treated me like I was their responsibility, like family. I thank God as a first time buyer I ended up with persons who are honest and open with me. I checked online and their prices are better than the big cities like Orlando.My car was checked and serviced.They were always available to answer my questions, Mellissa is quite savvy and honest at the same time,her dad Tom was like an anchor, so encouraging. If you are buying your car through a loan, rest assured you are going to get through because they seem to know just the right agencies. Overall she has a great staff, even the cute little dog welcomes you. I am so glad I chose Palm Bay Motors.

Melissa went above and beyond to put me in a vehicle even though my credit is less than perfect. I told her what I was looking for and she kept in contact with me all day, at 6pm we had everything straight and even though she closes at 630 she still told us to come in and get the paperwork done. We left her office at 830, after she took her time to still explain everything to us and not rush us to sign papers and get our money and leave. She is an amazing person and we will be going back to her for all our vehicles. Highly recommend if you're looking for someone who makes you feel like a real person and not just another customer spending money.

I had an absolute terrible car buying experience before I came here and met Tom and Melissa. I was so nervous about finding another car because I was so damaged from the last experience I had. As soon as my father and I pulled up to the lot, we were given our space to look around freely without being pressured by anyone. When we needed help with questions, Tom came out and helped us with every question and was so very kind and let us test drive the car that I wanted to test drive. I loved how it drove and it was exactly in my price range. We ended up having to figure out some financial things so we came back the next day to seriously talk about purchasing the car. From the second we sat down with Melissa, she helped us figure out every single little detail and was so encouraging and kind through the entire process. The experience was so positive, that I forgot that I was even buying a car. We felt so taken care of and she was up front and honest about every single detail involving the vehicle. No surprises, no shady communication. Not a single negative thing to say about this place. I ended up finalizing a deal for the vehicle with Melissa’s incredible help and assistance and I could not be happier with this car buying experience. I even had some lingering issues with my trade in because of the dealership I purchased it from. Where do I start, I’ve done business with Melissa for 10 plus years! I’ve bought multiple vehicles from her, one having engine issues and she replaced the engine with a remanufactured engine to make sure it was going to be good to go. I’ve referred many people to her, my parents have bought two vehicles from her! First vehicle I purchased was a “buy here pay here” deal because I had no credit at the time. Melissa even wrote me a referral letter referencing my character and payment history helping me buy my first home, again because I didn’t have credit at the time.
