My Biz Laptop was disable due to a faulty Dell Bios update and was desperate to get it fixed as I own and run a 24/7 aviation business. After reaching out to Dell and several online PC specialists all recommended a new MS installation which would wipe out my active business files and disrupt my business.
I rolled the dice and very thankfully found Computer Experts in Palm Bay on Google and they fixed the problem in only 2 hours and saved me incredible hardship for a very reasonable fee!
They were very polite and precisely communicative before and after the repair. I normally don't take the time to write reviews although I am doing so to perhaps help someone else in urgent need of a PC repair to try this highly recommend company ..Computer Experts Palm Bay ....

I brought my computer in because it died on me, Zach and the rest of the team at Computer Experts made sure to be in constant contact, giving me updates on where they were at with my system. Even after the part they ordered to fix my system arrived late and dead on arrival, they quickly came up with a working solution that ended up being a huge upgrade for my system. They went above and beyond to correct the issue that wasn't in their control. I received my system back in perfect condition, the work performed was top quality and the cost for the work done was more than reasonable and fair. If you live in Brevard County, THIS IS the place to take your computer. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The services they offer are extremely well priced. If I could give a million stars I would. These guys are next level and they are the only people I trust to work on my computers.

The folks were fantastic, initially I spoke with Zack virtual a phone call. He was helpful in identifying the problem. He encouraged me to bring my Chromebook in. When I arrived I was promptly greeted by I believe Jeremy (I think was his name). He gave very efficient prompt attention to my issue and we resolved it in about 20 minutes. He charged me nothing for his service and I responded by purchasing a peripheral device to his kind effort. I HIGHLY recommend these folks and will pass the word along. Top Notch Service!!!

Had an issue with our small business server that the original technician couldn't resolve out after spending 5+ hours. I was scared that it may require redoing the whole system. That meant down time, extra costs and possible loss of data, and spending extra time putting-in lost data.

I have always been pleased with the services performed by Computer Experts. They are helpful and competent. They live up to their name "Computer Experts". They recently upgraded my Windows 10 PC and did everything I asked them to do. They installed a new graphics card, installed a more powerful PSU, cloned my existing SATA system drive SSD to a new larger capacity NVME SSD, and enabled a BIOS setting that will allow me to upgrade to Windows 11 sometime in the future. The completed the work within the time they estimated (2 working days) for the reasonable price they estimated. I've had the computer home for a couple weeks now, and it is working great. When I call their shop during working hours, the phone is promptly answered. They are always polite, helpful and friendly on the phone and in the shop. It is wonderful to have such a reliable resource for PC upgrades and issue resolution so near.

Ive had the same used Toshiba I bought from them 6 years ago. Ive gone to them a handful of times since then for varying supportin my laptop to needing a headset. Each time getting a remedy sometimes free if charged or otherwise at a low rate with problem gone. Love them

A personal client of mine had a sudden desktop computer crash and Windows was not booting.
