I had an enjoyable stay. I had a Great view, and a very clean, comfortable room. The food I ordered from room service was very tasty. I was greeted at the door when I arrived and the person staffing the front desk was friendly and curteous. That was nice and appreciated. Overall, Good Job. I will visit again.

My wife and I stayed here for 4 days to celebrate our 1 year wedding anniversary and Halloween. As soon as we walked in we were greeted warmly by valet and reception. Our room was really spacious and clean! The bed was really comfortable and great for my back. The only thing I would change is the pillows or getting more of them. That’s just a personal preference of mine. Every night before we went out we would enjoy a drink at the downstairs bar. The bartender is really nice, remembered us from the night before and super attentive. He noticed we were really into the Celtics game and had switched the tv sound to the game which was really nice :). The location is excellent. Super quiet and not far away from the hustle and bustle of the French quarter. Although they do not offer breakfast there are two awesome spots right next to the hotel. One last thing that we liked about our stay is the little market in the lobby where we could buy drinks and snacks. Thank you to the staff and everyone that makes the hotel a wonderful place to stay at!

We stayed 4 days 3 nights. It was great. The location is convenient. We were in walking g distance of everything. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff were amazing they were tentative to our every need. The only thing I would wish was they had breakfast. But in the same token there is a lot of good places to eat around the area.

My stay was exquisite the spacious studio suites are huge full fridge stove the works!! Nice couch giant window view with a large tv so even though the room is big is not a problem watching a show. I was on the 19th floor so getting down the elevator was annoying a little but not at all bad. M mobile key didn't activate either but not a big deal because every night I slept like a king

I loved the front desk staff!! (Jimmy & Jasmine). The staff made us feel welcomed and were very attentive. The hotel is in a great location. Away from the chaos but close enough to walk to. And the rooms were 10/10

Stayed at this hotel this weekend with my husband. Pretty decent location about a 10 min walk from Bourbon. The front desk staff were all very friendly, the room was so nice with a full kitchen, ac worked. Everything was great, only thing that could use some updating is the shower head, so small and kind of harsh. Would for sure stay here again. Our flight was delay and we were able to stay (with a fee) with a day pass, so that was very accommodating.

We absolutely loved our stay here!!! It was close enough to walk to locations such as Bourbon, Royal, Decatur, the riverwalk and the French Quarter but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of FQ and canal street. Rooms were so clean, spacious, and had a kitchenette and fridge. Front desk staff were friendly, prompt with our request for additional towels, and always ready with recommendations. We definitely will stay here again when visiting NOLA.

Amazing place, staff, service, and Security. We were there 2 nights during Mardi Gras week & can’t say enough good things.
We appreciate Bart - Special Event Manager & Wayne - General Hotel Manager for a wonderful time in our favorite City of New Orleans.
Looking forward to many more stats at this location.

This place offers a comfortable stay with spacious suites, excellent amenities, and a convenient location for exploring the vibrant city.

For a stay near the French Quarter, I recommend the Residence Inn New Orleans. The rooms are clean, staff is friendly and helpful, and there's convenient public parking next door, though the daily charge is $40.

Great location between French Quarter and The Garden District. We walked and rode the street cars (trolly). The street cars are $3 each person for all day all lines. Highly recommend them. Pickup and drop off very close to hotel. The Garden District has 100's of beautiful old homes.

I can’t say enough about this property, and highly recommend that you stay here!

I’m a corporate event planner to sources hotels for my client groups. Our team decided to choose New Orleans for a week long strategy session for all staff. Working with the Sales Manager Bart and his team was truly amazing! I recommend this location for any group travel! We had a lot of dietary restrictions for our group and they food & beverage team went above and beyond to accommodate that and got creative. Our vegan, vegetarian and gluten free staff said they have never felt more included with having so many options for every meal and snack. They sales and F & b team ROCKS!!!

As for the property itself, it’s in a amazing location that is close enough to the FQ but on the quieter side of Canal. You are close to Bourbon, Royal, Decatur and the Riverwalk, which make it prime real estate.

From the entry, the hotel is inviting and the front desk team is AMAZING!!! Jimmy and Deja are my favorites and our group raved about their warm demeanor and hospitality.

The rooms are breathtaking! They are spacious and you you can’t go wrong with a fully functioning kitchen which is perfect to save money with you don’t want to eat out every day for an extended stay. They housekeeping teams keeps the rooms clean and the views are unmatched.

If you are in New Orleans for any reason, THIS is where you want to stay!!!!

The hotel was super nice. Immediate service provided for any issue that arose. Rooms are large and spacious. Elevators were available whenever we needed one. Loved the location as we could get to a lot of really great places walking. Plenty of restaurants and entertainment close by. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location to walk to the action on royal and bourbon but not be in it. Not a sketchy location, imo. This was great for us as we had my mom, me, my husband, 1 year old, and our dog. Loved that there are two little cafes right next door, a juice/acai bowl shop, and a small market style convenience store. Starbucks is also right around the corner.

Parking garage was pricey - $32 a day but that's every big city I guess, I just wish the hotel offered one car complimentary parking like other hotels.

The rooms were very clean and super spacious. This honestly was the perfect fit for us.

A negative is that afer a night out, the fire alarm went off at 3am with an automated voice over an intercom telling us to leave and use the stairs - elevators were locked of course. It woke my 1 year old up in a panic and made the next day super rough as she wouldn't go back down or nap, and we had a food tour at 11. Had to have one of us leave the tour and take her back half way which was really frustrating and unfortunate. Wasn't the hotel's fault as there was a guest who burnt popcorn - just thankful we only had to walk down 7 flights of stairs and not 19 like others. The staff the following day were somewhat accommodating to the issue.

Not docking for the issue because the staff were great. The maintenance or groundsman helped my husband create a makeshift leash for our dog until I got there because he forgot one. The young front desk girl was funny and nice to be welcomed by every time we popped in or out, but I still swear they're keeping her against her will 🤣 she's always working.

This is our 3rd stay here. We love the location & is on the street car line. You can ride the street car for $1.25, 80 cents for seniors & ticket is good for 24 hours.
The rooms are spacious, love the kitchenette with the full size fridge. House keeping is every other day. Need more toweling, just ask the front desk.

On one of the busiest holiday weekends, I asked our kind hostess Deja, if she would upgrade our room. Her question back to me was, "Are you afraid of heights?" The room she selected for us had AMAZING views of the city. My only gripe was that there was NO BREAKFAST, which is a staple of Residence Inns worldwide. However, there are cafe's within walking distance that serve breakfast. We had an excellent time.

This was a wonderful place to stay! The location is excellent — quiet area to get a good nights rest, yet steps away from Bourbon Street, and reasonable walk from the convention center. The studio room was very spacious and immaculately. The service was delightful, with a special mention for Deja at the reception desk, who was so warm and welcoming with fantastic recommendations to make my stay in New Orleans that much more memorable! Would definitely come again.
