This is a three level strip mall with mixed venues and office space.
Nice food options.
New Halal Grocery.

Psrking can be kind of crazy.
Left turns on Broad Street can be challenging.
They have a temporary light that can help but when there is traffic recovery turn right then try to turn around at West Street and go through Founders Row on the left or try to U turn on right by taco bell.

The various venues makes it well worth visiting

I haven't tried out the restaurants, but they look like they might be fun to try out, and I like that kind of food.
The UPS store's employees are very efficient and nice 🙂

Great little strip shopping center. They UPS, Vietnamese restaurant, Indian restaurant, Pizza restaurant/take out, a Thift Store, Nail Salon, custom shirts/hats and other company/team logo needs store and a few more places. Great for the Falls Church area/Pimmit/Riute 7 areas.

Check out the thrift store and they have so much in a small place. One need time to not be overwhelm and take time to explore bargains.

The UPS Store at this location has friendly staff. It feels like a nice and neighborly business. Safe location with ample free parking.
