We had a challenging job working around existing electrical work in the home and they continued to problem solve to ensure it was perfect. Absolutely recommend!

They did an amazing job putting in 12 recessed lights, a bathroom fan, and a ceiling fan. It really looks like a new home. They were on time, they worked quickly and paid high attention to detail. When they were done they cleaned things up. Everything looks great. I got four quotes and they had a very fair quote. They were extremely easy to work with and flexible. I have high standards and they exceeded them. Great job! I will definitely use them again if I have any future projects.

Needed two light fixtures hung on a 22 foot ceiling, requiring scaffolding. Ashley quickly scheduled an estimate, and within a week was scheduling the appointment. I was given a 2-hour window for the work, and they arrived 2 minutes before the window started. Finished in exactly the amount of time they had estimated and helped me put the room back together. Excellent service!

I contacted Peay’s to obtain a quote for electrical work to support renovations I’ve been doing.
I only do simple electrical and my needs exceeded my capabilities.
It turned into a much larger project than I expected because the old panel didn’t have space for my new requirements.
Timing the electrical so it fit into our workflow took planning.
There was a lot of communication between us and their entire team was quick to respond and work with us to make everything flow smoothly.
The entire process has been professional, timely and easy.
The wiring was done cleanly and works perfectly.

They are prompt and professional! Got the job done that another company said was impossible with out tearing up my house. My ac upstairs was out due to a short in the white wire and they fixed it with a reasonable price! Will definitely call them for anything I need!

We had Colby and Dana come troubleshoot an issue with electric to a utility building on our lot. They worked well together as a team and logically worked through tracking down my issue. I have used this company several times and have met various employees. All have done great work!

They installed Generator hookup for me, right before before an incoming hurricane. I am not saying they will always be able to do that. But they were able to fit me in their already busy schedule. They were on time/reliable, fast and install was of excellent quality. They had also previously wired my whole house and I haven't had any electrical problems at all. Excellent company!

Excellent company to deal with I have used them for multiple items. I have never had a problem getting an appointment. Their prices are fair they show up on time, work clean and always follow through.
If permits are required they take care of it.
I would highly recommend them.

Peays Electric has been providing my electrical service needs for 3+ years. They are reliable, professional, clean and will work with you to ensure projects get completed how you need. Larry and Octavious expanded a few outlets for us and added a few new outlets today. They were bang on time, came in did their work and we're gone in a flash and other then the new outlets it looks like no one was working on the walls. Other electricians always seem to make a mess or leave one behind not this team. Great job guys thanks again!

What a nice place to deal with. Very professional and their rates are spot on. I had two EVSE circuits installed and mounted, and converted one 220v to a quad 110v; they did great. I explained and showed what I was looking to do and they made corrective suggestions and it all worked out. Even came back to check when one EVSE quit working. The resolved the issue and were fantastic about it. Will call again when I need more electrical work done.

Larry and Octavious placed 2 new electrical outlets high on my walls to help hide TV and electronic wires. They were prompt, efficient, and very polite. They were meticulous with my TVs and furniture. they made sure everything was working properly before leaving. They deserve the 5 stars I gave them. Would definitely use again if needed

Since moving almost 2 years now to my home in Palm Bay, I've used Peays Electric for all my electrical projects and met different technicians, the most recent being Dana and Christopher, who were very pleasant and professional. They were on time and quickly tackled and completed the issues. They definitely will be requested back for my other future electrical projects.

We approached three electrical services in our area. Peays were prompt to reply and offered an excellent price (not the cheapest) and followed up with on-time installation and very responsive replies to our questions before, during and after installation.

We use 2 rooms as offices when we moved in recently but they shared the same circuit along with the guest bathroom. This was too much load and caused repeated trips. of the breaker which they helped determine. Peays Electric helped me out tremendously by separating my two bedrooms onto two breaker circuits in order to alleviate the load. When their techs arrived they not only did they determine a method that would make the work easier/faster but by doing so they saved me money on my service. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs their electrical services locally.

Peays responded quickly to my call for an evaluation of an electrical panel said to be in need of replacement. The electrician who responded carefully evaluated the panel and determined that the panel did NOT need to be replaced saving my Real Estate client $1000. I so appreciated that they were honest-even thought it didn't get them a job-I will hire them again for my real estate clients. Kudos!

Peay's provided a quick and thorough quote and sent a team out within a day to complete multiple projects in our new home. Brandon and Nick were the technicians and they were professional, respectful of our home, clean in their work and knowledgable in techniques to make the installs look and work the best. James did an exceptional job today on my electrical issue. He took his time and didn’t rush the job but was working hard to figure out the issue. Once the issue was located he did a quick and clean job. He took less than an hour, wore shoe covers and was down to earth. I would rate him today a perfect 10.
