Hands down the BEST experience I have ever had buying a car! They made it completely hassle free, went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the absolute best deal they could possibly give me! I will recommend them to anyone and everyone ever looking to buy a new or used vehicle! I will also continue to use them for any and all maintenance my new car will ever need. They’re honest and have their customers best interest in mind.

Tony was very knowledgeable about the cars he showed us and with all the technology. He was very easy going and didn’t make you feel pressured or show you cars he knew you were going to be able to purchase. He was very professional and very nice to speak with. This has to be one of the best places I have ever purchased a vehicle from. There was absolutely no pressure. I inquired about a vehicle online. I received a text from a salesperson Joseph who actually waited for me to contact him back before continually calling me. Once I arrived at the dealership Joseph was busy, instead of making me wait for him he had another person Angelo assist me who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He worked above and beyond, provided information that not only helped me understand the process of this purchase but would help me in future purchases as well. There is no doubt that I would return there for any future purchases and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

My salesman Anthony Paul is the absolute best!! We worked a deal over the phone for the car of my dreams (Cadillac CTS). The pricing was fair and Anthony I was diligent every step of the way. I got to the dealership and the car was detailed and ready to go. It was perfect! I was in and out with paperwork in hand in less than an hour. Coastal Hyundai runs a tight ship; Very attentive, very professional, friendly and customer service oriented. They’ve got a customer for life and me!

Service Advisor welcomed me back like a friend would. He was pleasant, accompanied me to the waiting area, assisted me in finding a nice comfortable area to plug in my Kindle.
He was efficient, came to me while my car was being serviced to tell me the job was going well and would be done in a shorter time than expected. It's my pleasure to give him the best rating.

Amanda was very considerate of my time and the cost of the service required for my vehicle. When it became obvious that my car would not be ready before I had to leave for work she arranged a rental vehicle for me. She explained that it was more cost effective to get all the work completed for the 120K mileage maintenance at one time to save on labor costs. And my problem with the headlights was resolved as well. I can see much better at night thanks to the hard work by the mechanic, John Dechert.

Ali was super helpful and not the “cheesy” car salesman everyone anticipates encountering when walking into a dealership. I knew what I wanted when I walked in and how much I wanted to spend. Ali had the car ready for a lengthy test drive, which I appreciated. He worked with me to get the deal I wanted. It wasn’t some long drawn out process with a bunch of back and forth. After having a pretty terrible experience at the local Toyota Dealer I was very apprehensive going into another large dealership- however they had the vehicle I was looking for. I went into the Mitsubishi side of the dealership and spoke to the manager - he was understanding,friendly and polite. Very calm and NOT at all pushy. He handed me over to Robert, my salesperson. He made the process simple, quick and painless. I was in and out of there, after I decided to purchase the van, in only a couple hours and was treated very kindly from start to finish - Candy in finance was wonderful too!
I would def. recommend them to others. Only complaint was that they only put $15 of gas in my vehicle that was on E. After a large purchase, although it wasn't brand new, I found it funny to not get a full tank. I did call and they said I can bring it in and they would take care of it. So problem solved! Great place to buy a car/van/truck.

As usual, Amanda Trainer, my customer rep did an awesome job getting me scheduled promptly, explaining everything that would be done, and just being her awesome, caring self!! She’s an asset to the company because she takes such good care of her customers.

I have had great experiences at Coastal Mitsubishi and highly recommend this dealership! Tony was our salesman and he went above and beyond and still to this day (6 months later) checks in to make sure all is well and we are happy with our new car. We’ve had great service so far as well with our free oil changes!

I know this really isn't the time to be out of the home looking to buy a car but you gotta do what you gotta do, right?
I feel lucky to have been asked by Alfredo if he could help me when I stepped up to the group of salesmen. He was very understanding when we explained our situation and that our credit wasn't the best. But between us, Alfredo and the finance officer we kept at it until the loan was approved, which actually didn't take long at all.
The only downfall of it was that the car that we were actually wanting wasn't able to get financed. But we did get a newer car with less miles on it so it was probably a blessing in disguise!
We actually bought from Coastal Hyundai because I drove into the wrong side of the lot. That may have been a blessing also.
All in all a pleasant car buying experience. I definitely recommend this place!

Very quick and polite, and explained everything about my car servicing in detail. They also warned me about any potential costs in advance so there was nothing to blindside me (and even then it was just worst case costs in case there were complications with my car, but they only charged for servicing since they didnt find anything). I highly recommend these people.

Willie was super nice and helpful. He helped me carry all of my things since I was juggling a toddler who had to have a whole pantry of snacks with her. He came and gave me updates on the status of my vehicle while we were waiting and helped me put my things back in my vehicle. Hope we get to interact with him next time!

Brian Monte was great. Always respectful and always listening to what my wife and I were saying. All of our exchanges with Brian were pleasant. After the sale, he was generous with his time when exposing the vehicle and the services we can use. It was an awesome day for us!
