Tom was an amazing guide. He always checked to see if we were doing good. He gave us a lot of interesting information on the tour. We were really hoping to see manatees and we did! My 7 and 10 year old said the tour was the best part of our vacation. If you are interested in this we highly recommend him! Thank you so much Tom!

Tom was a great tour guide and was very flexible with our group of teenagers and adults! Communication to set up the trip was very easy, and Tom provided all necessary information prior to our trip. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the trip as we got to see several alligators, manatees, tons of turtles and birds, not to mention the incredible scenery of Turkey Creek. You will not be disappointed with this tour!

Booking online was quick and easy. On the day of our tour, Tom was brilliant - hugely knowledgeable and friendly. The pace was relaxed and very easy going. Paddling along the creek was a magical experience, especially for us who were new to the Florida landscapes. We saw an alligator up close (Tom reassured us we were safe), plenty of turtles and birdlife. We would 100% go again next time we're in the area! Thank you again Tom!

Magical experience! We saw a baby dolphin with its mama swim right past us. The bioluminescence was incredible. My teenage kiddos, who are tough to impress, were so excited to have this experience. Highly recommend! Tom was a great guide - professional, easy going, and a great communicator leading up to our tour and throughout.

My daughter and I went on this adventure and had an amazing time. We saw so many alligators. We also got to see manatee eating. One swam right under our kayak. Our guide was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to show us a great experience.

We had a great time! It was nice paddling through the mangroves and then watching the sunset. When it got dark, mullet would dart in front of us and make a blue steak through the water. It was surreal. Our guide Tom was very knowlegable of Florida plants, birds, and the bioluminescence. I highly reccommend this tour.

What an awe inspiring experience! It was amazing to be so close to manatees, gators, and turtles. The place was well maintained. Tom took us through and was an incredible guide. It was my first time kayaking and he's very attentive to needs and have wicked tips for paddling. He's a deeply knowledgeable person and a great sense of humour.

Went on the 4 hour Turkey creek tour with Tom. Tom was great with showing us around, we saw manatees, alligators and lots of turtles. Tom was very laid back, personable, and knowledgeable. My husband and I had a wonderful time!

Our Turkey Creek tour was a fun trip on a perfect morning. Tom is an attentive and knowledgeable guide as well as fun with plenty of jokes. We saw a variety of birds, baby bull sharks, dolphin and manatees including one with a newborn calf. Lots of beautiful old Florida almost unspoiled scenery that is always enjoyable for me and my nephew from Seattle found it fascinating and relaxing. Thank you, Tom, for a great and relaxing morning!!

What a perfect day to escape the busy post-July 4 weekend by kayaking through peaceful mangroves in the Indian River lagoon. Tom was a knowledgeable host and guide, pointing out the local wildlife and adjusting the trip based on weather conditions and the water skills in the family. While we thought we would would see a manatee, our up close visit with an adult dolphin was incredible. With Mother Nature one never knows. Anyway, Tom is very accommodating and highly recommended.

Tom was a fantastic guide! We had a 4 hour tour of Turkey Creek and saw a dolphin, manatee, one gator and tons of turtles! Tom also provided information about the plants in the area and shared other great stories. He went at a pace that was perfect for us and ensured we were okay during the entire trip. My son and I had a great time and will return for additional tours when we are in the area.

Tom accommodated our group of 10. We had a great trip. The Turkey Creek sanctuary was beautiful. We were able to see alligators, a manatee, and beautiful birds. Thanks for a fun day.

Took a tour with Tom as our guide - was absolutely worth the early wakeup! He took to our very sciency group like a duck to water (hah!) and lead us through the creek with stories and facts galore. I recommend him to a few people that evening while showing off gorgeous footage of manatees and tales of dolphins surfacing not 10ft from our kayaks, so I figured it was fair to share the word here too. Tom was a wonderful guide. We enjoyed our nearly 5 mile trip on Turkey Creek. Our favorite was seeing the manatee (several) and of course the turtles and couple of gators. Tom was friendly and pleasant and answered questions and provided great information. He was very considerate in asking “what was your favorite part of the tour?” Which made it more personal.

Tom took me out on a solo tour of turkey creek sanctuary and couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. We got to see a couple manatees, a couple alligators, one named clyde, birds and many different types of fish. The scenery was absolutely amazing. Tom was a terrific guide and awesome guy and plan on booking again in the future. Thanks again Tom!

The bio luminescence tour can only be described as magical. At first you think your paddle is producing lots of bubbles but as soon as it gets dark those are not bubbles but magical plankton that glow! The brightness was beyond my expectations! Did I mention how it's so calm and peaceful on the intercostal waters around the mangroves that open to large lake areas that are only a few feet deep. (No power boats, just open water and tranquility). Our guide Tom was very knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready for a quick joke. A nice slow paddle out and back. As in any outdoor Florida activity be sure to apply mosquito repellent and bring some bottled water. I highly recommend this tour!!!

I want to say that when my fiancée booked this tour and I was extremely nervous going into it. Boy did I feel real silly after meeting Tom. He was a wonderful guide with quality kayaks. Tom was extremely knowledgeable about everything in the Turkey Creek Sanctuary we saw so many turtles and a little alligator. On our way back we got to see a manatee and dolphins to complete an amazing experience. Turkey Creek Sanctuary is nothing short of spectacular with its lush forestry and beautiful birds. We are not experienced kayakers and this was so easy and a pleasure to spend the morning doing. Highly recommend Tom and Turkey Creek. Hi light of our little trips to Florida Thank You Tom if I could give 10 stars I would.

Tom was an awesome tour guide and very informative. We were able to see wildlife such as alligators that we never would have spotted without him. My family really enjoyed it and would definitely book another tour if we stay in the area again.
