I came here looking for king sized bed frames, and the owner brought me to the frames section. I bought 3 frames and brought them home, only to realize they were queen sized frames when i set them up. I called the store explaining how he had given me queen frames and how i wanted a refund.
He flat out refused unless i brought the frames back, without even apologizing for his mistake. I eventually exchanged the frames and made sure to measure them this time. I asked for a partial refund since i had to spend $30 and hours getting the frames broken down and brought back, and I had to yell at him to even get $10.
I wouldn't buy anything here again. He doesn't care about your business and just wants your money.
