Jeff was extremely helpful this morning. There was a mix up with my delivery address, he called UPS for me and had the delivery address updated. The perfect touch of custom service was his follow through by calling me and informing of the address change. Perfect.

We ship from this location multiple times a week for our business and are continually impressed by their staff's patience and upbeat attitude. It's been the only UPS store we've used for years and our go-to due to convenient hours and speed of service compared to USPS next door.

During the depths of covid when lines were long and our business went fully virtual they accommodated our large loads with a smile and even suggested helpful ways to streamline our shipping and save ourselves time.

This is a great UPS location. The staff is always kind and positive, which definitely seems to come from the man I assume is the manager (Jake, I think?). Very knowledgeable and positive, which is definitely hard in a shipping business because a lot of customers can be frustrating.

Incredible customer service! I had to send out important forms, and the guy at the front, Jeff, went over and above what we were paying him for and helped to make sure everything was in order. He provided extra services that a typical UPS doesn't usually offer. He was patient, kind and very helpful. I could see that the other employees were treating other customers in the same way. I'd like to make this my go-to mailing center from now on. Great experience and such a great feeling to feel valued as a customer. Thank you Jeff!

I'm an indecisive Amazon shopper so I end up returning my fair share of items and when given the option I ALWAYS choose UPS over USPS. I've always had good experiences with UPS in the different places I've lived, but the staff at this store are at the head of the pack. They are efficient and friendly no matter the situation a customer throws at them. I've witnessed some weird asks and they always go out of their way to help a customer and find a solution in the best interest of their customer. If there was an award I could nominate them for I would. They're #1 in my book!

The best and consistent service I've ever had from a business I frequent!!
They know you ( and others) by name and always greet you with a smile! I online shop ( to much) and If they see me coming, If not busy, they start getting my packages!

My husband shipped a 6 feet+ fish made from a cast of one he had caught years ago. The store manager, Jeff, expended an extraordinary amount of time and attention to the care and packaging of this creature to attempt to ensure its safe delivery back to its home state of Florida. My husband was very pleased with the personal attention and great customer service and has nothing but 100% positive feedback for this location.

The employees are extremely helpful and friendly. Only had been in there a handful of times before they started remembering my name too. Would highly recommend this store. My only complaint is that I used UPS My Choice to send a package to this store to pick up, and I got the notification that it had arrived. But when I got there they couldn't find it and it had mistakenly been sent back out on the truck. A bit frustrating because it was a Friday so it wouldn't arrive again until Monday. However the employees apologized profusely and even gave me a call on Monday when it got in. Overall, very good service, just need to make sure the employees know how to properly handle package arrivals.

This is the BEST UPS Store in Sandy Springs and probably the entire Atlanta area. The owner is a gentleman of the first order and all his employees follow suit. As I've always said, everything in a business flows from the top down. Everyone is knowledgeable and very polite.

Best UPS store in Atlanta bar none, always have a great experience in there, I shipped out a ring to my daughter for her birthday, came in almost two weeks later and the first thing they said to me was hi there, did your daughter like the ring, I was floored. That's customer service at its best to me.

The UPS Store in City Walk Shopping Center is under new ownership. We have new equipment for copying, excellent resources for all your printing needs, and will do everything we can to serve you for shipping, mailboxes, faxing, notaries, and other business services. Please stop in to see us -- and we don't charge for tape.
