I had the best customer service experience of my life this afternoon at the sandy springs at&t store. I needed a working phone ASAP and was hoping to get one quickly by going to this store. There were only two employees working, and quite a few customers coming in at one time. Both employees were extremely helpful in getting me set up with the phone of my choice in a friendly and timely manner. Both employees went truly above and beyond to ensure that I left the store with exactly what I went in there for. My experience this afternoon at the Sandy Springs AT&T store is a great example of why I love AT&T.

I had such a great experience at this location. Zach and Lawrence were both SO nice, patient, and helpful. They truly went above and beyond in making sure that I was able to get a good deal for my phone and were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in helping me make the correct decision for myself. I am so grateful for their patience with me as I am not the most up to date on technology, they both explained everything so well and had answers to ALL of my questions! I truly recommend this location and just wanted to complement all three of the gentlemen that work there!

Greg at this location is a gem! Greg patiently helped me over the phone in ordering the new iPhone. I called over five AT&T stores before calling this one and Greg offering to order the phone I was in search of for me. I am so grateful for his help. We spent about an hour on the phone sorting things up with AT&T Fraud Protection to verify my identity over the phone in order to place the order. Greg stayed on the line with me and provided updates and assurance that he was still there and that AT&T was experiencing long wait times. Greg was courteous, professional, funny and great to work with. Thank you, Greg! I can't wait for my new iPhone to arrive!

Let me start by saying I was extremely irritated with my old carrier before entering this location. Jamal was excellent! He calmed me down and I accomplished my goal - to transfer my service. He was extremely personable; his customer service skills were top notch. I strongly recommend this location.

I've been fighting ATT to get internet installed all week, the manager of this particular store - Lawrence - was the most helpful person I could have come across. He went above and beyond to make sure that we got completely set up even when the technician didn't come on the day that they were supposed to come, and didn't give warning. The day after the technician no showed - I tried going to a different "corporate" ATT store and their manager tried to get ME to PAY 40$ to add a line to my phone! Lawrence at this location did the complete opposite and was going out of his way to see if he could get me a discount due to the technician not coming out. Lawrence deserves any and all recognition and reward for their help.

Jared helped us and he was wonderful! He was able to order the new iPhone 13 for me efficiently and with great customer service! The only AT&T I will be going to from now on.

My family and I went in on Saturday, needing an upgrade on one of our phones, installing new WiFi at the home and help with data issues. Bishop went over and beyond and helped us out! The customer service was outstanding. His fellow employee was great as well. I’ll be recommending everyone to go to this location. You guys rock!!

Bishop is the best!!! I was on the doorstep of the store at 10:00 am last Saturday with a big data problem. He worked with me and support for over an hour and finally came up with a solution for me! I had already spent time on the phone that morning with support and really got no where. So as someone else said, Bishop was my hero that day!!! Highly recommend the service at this location!!

Toyvi was extremely helpful. He was very knowledgeable about your products and services. He was an excellent communicator, much better than the vast majority of customer service representatives that I have spoken with via phone in the last month. I highly recommend him and his store.

Great service from the clerk. I needed to activate my Samsung Gear and while he didn't know how to do it at first, he was more than happy to look up how to do it and then help me. This was not even something I bought at the store so it was really going above and beyond for the customer.
