Royal Lakes Family Dental: Reginald Booker DDS

Can I give this place 10 stars??!! The care and excellent customer service began with my initial phone call to inquire about getting a second opinion with Dr. Booker. I recently moved back to the area and visited another dentist in Buford late last year who told me I needed thousands of dollars in dental work. That did not sit well with me considering I went to the dentist 2x per year while living out of state and none of this came up before. There were many red flags with that other place so I decided to find a new dentist...one with integrity and I found just that in Dr. Booker! He did an initial exam, had some x-rays done and confirmed my teeth were fine, which was a huge relief. By the way, they have state of the art machinery here and the place is impeccable. Everyone is kind and professional. I immediately booked cleaning appointments for my husband and I in a few months. Thank you Dr. Booker, Ashley and my hygienist for being so wonderful!

My family and I all go to Royal Lakes Family Dental for a couple of years now and we all love it here! Dr. Booker and his team are attentive to detail and provide excellent care to our dental health. My teeth have never looked and felt better! Special shoutout to Ashley! She works at the front and is on top of things all the time. She answers any and all questions I have (which is a lot). I highly recommend coming here for your dental care!

Dr. Booker does great work and has a great “chair side” manner. He has a friendly and encouraging demeanor. He answers questions I have about procedures and doesn’t make me feel like I am inconveniencing him. Has a great staff, too. Highly recommended!

As a person that has ALWAYS had anxiety about going to the dentist...Dr. Booker and his team are the best of the best! His personality is pleasant, he's very informative, his work is top notch, his staff is extra attentive, and the new office space is clean and current. It is a convenience to be able to message them via text. If I've ever had any emergency needs, they always get me in immediately. Ashley- an extra thanks to her too as she always listens to my craziness and works with my ever changing schedule!

Highly recommend! I have LOTS of anxiety about going to the dentist. After this visit, I have become an advocate. Dr. Booker and he's staff are amazing. I feel like I have known Ashley for years. She is beautiful inside and out. They made me feel comfortable and I believe the treatment plan is actionable and has my best interest in mind.

Royal Lakes Family Dentistry is the best!! I’m a relatively new patient, but have now brought my whole family over to Dr. Booker. Ashley in the office has been a lifesaver and helped me navigate a complicated dental issue. Ashley and everyone there are so friendly and helpful! I really am grateful to have such a caring and thorough dentist.

WE all dislike the dentist, However , Dr. Booker, and his staff are wonderful. I researched a few places for myself and I kept coming back to picking this Dr. They are friendly and concise on everything that will be done on your visit. Very Professional.

I had let my teeth get into a poor state and needed both Dr's. Bookers to help restore my teeth to good condition and to a healthy mouth again. They are very professional and have state of the art facilities. Their staff has always been very easy to work with. I think they are absolutely tops in their field.

Dr. Booker is a class act! He by far is the best dentist I have ever had. I have been with him for years, He’s professional, friendly, and patient. His facility has state of the art equipment, and his entire staff makes you feel comfortable and warm from the moment you get there, to the time you leave.

Great place with excellent and thorough care. Dr. Booker spends more time with a patient that any other dentist I had been to previously. The technicians are ver knowledgeable, polite and do excellent job.

Such a great experience! Dr. Booker and my hygienist taught me A LOT about things that I had never heard about my dental health. Definitely recommend coming to this dentistry.

This dental office is awesome. The staff make you feel comfortable in a judgment free environment. Which helps if you have a fear of going to the dentist. They take your dental health very seriously and help you throughout the whole process.

I have been going to Royal Lakes for the past year and I absolutely love it and all the staff! Ashley has always been so so kind! She always works with my crazy schedule and payment process. My dental hygienist is also so great! Dr. Booker is definitely the best dentist I’ve ever been to. He’s kind and understanding! He has always done a very good job. I recommend them all the time!

My first visit with Royal Lakes Family Dental was great. I was very impressed with Ashley, she’s the best!!! She’s very communicative and open to helping out as much as she can. I received a lot of information that I wasn’t aware of. Dr Booker and Alecia broke down the exams and steps that will be taken place throughout the process. I've been very happy working with Dr. Booker and his team so far. Their facility is conveniently located, and looks very clean and modern. It has comfortable amenities while waiting and once working with the technicians and dentist. They've been communicative, understanding, and knowledgeable about the issues regarding my specific dental and medical needs. I am very happy here so far and am extremely pleased with all of my interactions, and most importantly, dental care provided!

Dr booker and team are very kind and gentle would recommend to anyone looking to get any kind dental work done . Me and my family been going there for 2 years now and will continue to. I used to be terrified of dental visits before I started going to Royal lakes dentistry they made it easy they are very friendly, great hospitality and I have no fears ounce so ever going to my yearly appointments not to get work done. Wonderful specialized long term and regular care. Dr Booker is a concerned and knowledgeable doctor. The whole staff is professional and very nice, especially Ashley who makes sure I never miss an appointment!

This was my first visit to Royal Lakes Family Dental. Everyone was so nice and Dr Booker sat and talked to me for a while about things in my life. So glad I found them after my last dentist office closed suddenly. I recommend them highly.

Dr. Booker and his team are wonderful. I have had three visits. Consult, deep cleaning and fillings. I didn't have to wait long to go back at any of the appointments. Check in was welcoming, checkout was friendly and informative. The assistants were very comforting. Dr. Booker is AMAZING! He really eased my nervousness. He did great giving the shots to get me numb. He is patient and gentle. By the end of my last visit I actually felt comfortable sitting in the chair. I would recommend Dr. Booker and his team to anyone needing dental care! 😁
