Publix at Robson crossing

Thurs. 3/7/24 Approx 3:10pm - Stopped In To Get A Couple Of Subs. At The Time, James Was The Only Deli Attendant Working(Although I Saw @ Least 4 Other Employees Around & About, That Should Of Took Notice As Other Customers Came Up For Subs). He Did A EXTREMELY AWESOME Job, Was Friendly,Efficient, Professional & Rolled W/The Flo. James Is An ASSET To Your Deli Dept. & Your Store - He's A Definite KEEPER! Thanks! James For Your EXCELLENT Customer Service.

Great Clean & Well Stocked Store. Everything So Bright & Fresh. Quick Check Out & Approached By A Young Gentleman In The Parking Lot, Offering To Take The Empty Cart For Me.

The store is organized and clean with extremely hospitable staff. One of the staff members at the deli, George, was very kind about fetching unusual ingredients for my sub. He spoke to me and the other costumers like we were friends. The service was above and beyond, and I'll be likely to return when in area.

Like every other Publix I have visited,this one is no exeption to the great customer service and awesome quality of everything they sell.

I have always like getting publix subs but today when I went to go get my favorite sub(Boar's Head Philly sub with jalapeños) I had the best sub I have ever had. Tom from the deli department at Robinson Crossing was the one who prepared my sub. The time and attention to detail he put into making my sub will have me going back there. He put his heart and soul into making the best sub. His friendly demeanor and positive attitude is something customers are guaranteed to recieve when ever they get their subs from Tom. I hope Publix realizes the amazing worker they have working behind the Deli
