Was surprising a family member with a gift of flowers after some very bad news and I can't even begin to express how helpful they were! The florist wasn't even in when I called but Dave picked up. I explained the situation and he was like, just come in, I've got you bro! Was absolutely outstanding and he helped me build the perfect arrangement for them! He completely embodied every value that good customer service should have and I can't thank the kroger crew enough!!

Nice and helpful cashiers . They had everything I wanted. I was happy!!

Have never had a problem shopping here. Items usually pretty well stocked. Prices are always great. Bakery items we buy are always very good. We shop here every week.

The employees are always courteous and helpful. This is our go to grocery store.

My go-to Kroger when in the area of Hwy 53 and Flowery Branch. Great customer service and friendly staff. Always stocked on the items I need and at great prices. Appreciate the added amenities of the fuel center and Starbucks in store.

I was in this store today and had the pleasure of interacting with James in the self checkout section. This young man is courteous, respectful and attentive. Hopefully management will realize what an asset they have with James. Wonderful person.

I just wanted to take a second to praise the young man running the fuel station as he was very helpful when I had issues with my card and even offered to pay for five dollars of gas to help me get home, although not needed. As things are difficult these days, it was a pleasant surprise.Thank you!!

Excellent experience at the pharmacy last night! Had to rush in as there was a mistake at prior pharmacy with my daughter's prescription. The pharmacist calles the insurance, and the problem was fixed immediately! Everyone there was quite helpful! Very grateful. I think this will be our new store!

The staff at Flowery Branch Kroger is outstanding. One young lady was helping three customers quickly find stuff in just a few minutes! Wished I had caught her name! Then customers were backed up at registers and quickly opened up to quickly help! In addition, their sales, coupons, and prices really help keep my grocery bill down!

This Kroger is usually busy and with good reason. They're always stocked up and there are some great deals on meat. There is a much larger variety of meats here than the other closest grocery store.
They're bakery and hot foods has a variety of choices that are made to order or just need re heating. Depending on the day the check put lines can be a little backed up but not for a lack of trying from the employees.

Good luck on the self checkout some folks seem to believe 30 plus items warrant the self checkout.

Love this kroger location. Shelves are always well stocked and store is clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Most importantly, they always seem to have enough cashiers that you don't have to wait longer than a few minutes to check out, unlike so many of the other kroger stores these days. The fruit and produce is always really fresh as well.

I always struggle doing the WIC checks but I had Lindsey today & she did an amazing , easy & super fast check out with WIC. Very happy with her customer service & patient!

Kroger is always so convenient for us. My husband went in to buy my babys formula and he had to get help to take it out. They came right away with the key. He said they were very nice to him and helpful.

Love this Kroger. Mostly every thing is fresh. Only had a couple experiences where I was my able to get a certain fruit or veggie. Well stocked. Nice employees. Good prices. This is MY Kroger. I don't shop anywhere else for food.

Pharmacy staff was lovely. Wife and I are always easily able to find what we need when we shop.

This is one of the primary stores at which my family does our grocery shopping. We like the way they organize many of their organic items into one area. I especially like their selection of kombucha, they have some of the best prices in our area.

Always clean and stocked. Produce is always fresh and not shoved right up to the door so flies are always buzzing. My favorite Kroger- just wish I lived closer still!

John in the meat department was a big help. He excelled at customer service and was extremely helpful. Had an answer to all my questions and was the friendliest assistant ive met. Because of him i will continue to shop at winder highway kroger for as long as he is there.

this is my home store. They are my pharmacy, my gas station and I buy my groceries there. I have discovered that some of the Kroger brand items are actually better than the name brands and are cheaper. For instance their light chunk tuna is way cheaper than Starkist and Chicken of the Sea and is much better quality.
