I have bought the 6 prong two tone ring 3 times and love the ring. Just wish you made it in 925 silver covered in rhodium so it wouldn't lose its color. When color wears away it is so ugly . I know I could return it but your company doesnt have good warranty procedure so I just buy another. Have decided I will have it cast, worth it because this style is my forever ring and the cost is worth it. Just wish your metals were higher quality. Realize you cant do gold but would pay more for silver

Bought two rings on a Carnival Cruise ship and was told that they would not tarnish or leave my finger green. After a few weeks of wearing them, they both turned my fingers green and they changed colors. I feel I was lied to about the product and would advise others to stay away from products made by this company. Their warranty is a joke amd will put you in a perpetual loop of replacing their products.

I have purchased a few items from FireCZ, their earrings are SO UNCOMFORTABLE!!!! I think they are designed by a guy. They only design earrings for pierced ears, and the posts are so long they pock your jaw when you use the phone. They could increase sales and their customer satisfaction if they would design their earnings with hoops. Do not buy from them, you will be disappointed.

I purchased two rings! One was $128 the other $80. I asked are these sterling silver. She said yes! Well they have tarnished in a month and my fingers are green! I would never buy anything that wasn’t sterling silver because my fingers turn green from cheap jewelry. I asked her three times and even told her why it has to sterling silver! I fly through the airport every other week! She better hope she isn’t there when I come back through next week! What a waste of money! Also learn what you are selling and tell the truth! Tried to look at the items for sale but the agent at the kiosk on C 35 was on the phone very loudly yelling about her manager(or someone's manager) using very foul language, no help whatsoever. Very inappropriate!!!
