The staff were courteous when I purchased a bottled water.

My daughter needed a T-shirt and we had literally 5 minutes before we needed to board again. So happy this place was open, had a great selection, and super fast touchless checkout. Got my daughter a giant TY owl and hat, too. She couldn’t have been happier and I was thrilled about the service, even though the line wrapped it moved at a lightning fast pace with only one cashier. I wasn’t planning on getting souvenirs during a layover, but they were amazing! Even had time to change her before we boarded.

Stayed open when everyone else was closed. Letitia M was very sweet and friendly.

In front of D 10 I set my things down at tge register and waited for the only employee to ring me up. After waiting a few minutes some customers went to the other register and were waited on promptly. I moved to her register and put my card in.tge machine said to remove. Apparently it didn't process, so my husband paid cash. She wouldn't hand him tge change. Hw had to reach over and pick it up. Very rude

I usually don't do this but the last thing you want to deal with is someone in the airport with a nasty attitude for no reason when you’re trying to buy from them.. The girl working at 6pm by D8 today was extremely rude, ignored me and had a bad attitude. Long story short, we didn’t get our water.

Wow. Worst customer service ever. Woman working in the front looked furious that I dare buy one thing. Slammed her phone down when I asked her if it was self pay because she was watching videos. Very uncomfortable.

This place is BS. Counter closed drawer early, said she could only take cards. When asked what time the store actually closes, was told between 930 and 10. What legit business has employees that can't tell you what time their store closes? This is someone who works in what is supposed to be the "most efficient" airport in the world? I asked for a manager, ome never showed up, clerk only had attitude about it. Said outright she didn't care.

The lady at gate D2 is extremely rude, the cooler was filled with hot beverages and I asked was the fridge broken she said it’s called restock duh, well guess what I’m gonna write to the Corp business partners whom my uncle is a member of. You never know who you’re talking to.

The store was supposed to open at 5am. The lady turned down at least 10 people and said it was going to be 40 minutes before she had it open. It is currently 5:15am and she still is not open. If I could have given no stars I would. She is rude and I am very upset.

Went to get a drink and the young lady at the D1 spirit airline store on Saturday at 6:00pm is the rudest person I have ever met
Who are they hiring for this job? At least get someone with a little customer service.
