On the first day of a 3 day trip the handle snapped off my Travelpro rolling bag. I went to Crew Outfitters with the expectation of having to buy a new bag so I could make it through the trip as I could not possibly get by with a broken bag. I was greeted pleasantly and the salesperson there was immediately aware of my dire circumstances. He not only repaired my bag in under 30 minutes even though he was very busy with other customers but informed me there was no charge for the repair as it was covered under the bags warranty. Outstanding customer service....Thank you Crew Outfitters!

Crew outfitters is a amazing store for airline employees to purchase uniform pieces necessities that we need on the job .
Jeff Aron is the manager of the Atlanta store along with the great employees that greet you with a friendly greeting and a big smile it makes you feel appreciated as a customer.
Jeff Aron spent a lot of time with me my last visit showing me the pros and cons of several pieces of luggage the store sells.
He made sure when ever I was ready to make my purchase I would definitely choose the correct piece that would last for a long time.
Every employee makes you feel special.
They have a great assortment of men’s and ladies shoes.
They have a lot of fun items in ATL Delta logo items which is cool to see.
Bag tags flash lights ink pens and just a lot of fun items.
Please make sure to make a stop off Virginia ave or under A 18 you won’t be sorry.

This review is for this particular location. I honestly havent been in for a while because the few times I needed something over the last few years, it was either out of stock, size or color or you dont carry what might come up as a need for crew members before or during a trip & I agree with others about the indifference of employees. They certainly dont go out of their way to help you in any way & yes, kind of pricy. This location has just gone down hill over the years & I really thought it would improve with the company change. I was wrong, it’s worse. The location on Virginia ave is much better in my opinion, especially they guy who has been very helpful with luggage over the years, I think his name is Russ. My main complaint which brought me here today are the hours. I really need a new tote bag tomorrow & you open at 10 AM? The other location opens at 9AM... wont exactly work if you have a flight departing at 10:15.
I guess I’ll have to improvise for this trip and order directly through travel pro.
How nice it is to have better than bankers hours...way to meet the needs of a 24/7 operation! If the management or owner wants to contact me, I would welcome that. Thank you.

With all honesty, if I can rate this a no star , I most definitely would. First things first , bad greeting from the cashier , being that it was my first time visiting this location . Secondly , bad attitudes , as of she didn’t want to be there for work . I was looking into getting a new aviator shirt from this location , and she showed no signs of help , or assistance towards me at all. It’s a nice & organized place and all , the the customer service is outrageous, that location needs to consider rehiring people , that’s willing to help and assist , execute their jobs , in a professional manner .
