I had a leaking water heater and of course as a first time home buyer I was freaking out. I called Reliable and they sent someone out within two days. Elliot was not only professional but really went above and beyond.
I had another plumber come out and wanted to replace the water heater with a generic one from Home Depot but Elliot thoroughly explained why that would work and was even able to contact Rheem and get me a free replacement water heater. Elliot worked with my crazy work schedule and is very knowledgeable and kind! I highly recommend using Reliable!!

Reliable did a great job replacing our “eco friendly “ water heater. They tried to fix the old one but it definitely would take an electrical wizard to do it. The new tank was installed perfectly.

I decided to replace my existing unit because it was 20 years old. It was working, which is more than I can say for the new stuff that they installed. I decided to go on their plan where I rent the equipment and they take care of it. First off, They don't really take care of it, you need to keep up with the scheduling and the maintenance. Secondly, my heat has gone out twice and only a year of ownership/rentalship.... Of course this stuff only happens on the weekends so when we have 12° weather, no one can come out until the following week. I would've been better off going with someone else, just buying a new system and finding alternate service.

Within 10 minutes of this Google review, I got a call from Reliable (on Sunday) . The service person is sending someone out immediately and they will be scheduling my service appointments. This is an honest review and if all of this is followed through with, they certainly get my five stars.

I was hesitant to use Reliable at first because the reviews were "too good." Here's the thing, they were fantastic. We needed our HVAC replaced and had received quotes from multiple companies. Reliable had the best quality products and weren't overly pushy or weird about the sales process. The install went well and I would absolutely recommend the guys (Scott P, Blake, Matt) to anyone.

The AC went out at our home at the wrong time, and we could not deal with the cooling air only working at night time. Called reliable and they came out the next day and installed our new systems for both the AC unit and heat pump two days later. They could have done it next day but it did not fit into what we had planned that day. The thermostat is also a nice update to our little fixer upper because it is nice being able to cool the house from your phone. The best part about their company is the payment plan which is nice because if you can’t pay for it all at once it’s definitely nice to be able to get service on a budget.

Quick service - same day as I called. Technician was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem - which was not trivial or obvious. Smart Guy. Reliable has been good to us over the 10 years that we have owned the units. And we always get prompt service.

Shaw Ellison and Jonathan were by far the best plumbers I've experienced. From the great communication to ensuring I understood the process of what is being repaired was excellent. I really appreciate how Shaw took his time explaining things and worked a full day to get the job done since my water heater replacement required a whole rework of a PRV and water valve and was quite a complicated and unique situation. So unique that he was the only plumber to be able to locate the PRV which ended up being buried behind a wall which speaks volumes because this has been a two year mystery in itself. Shaw was actually recommended by another neighbor of mine and now I see why, he is truly the best!

Corey and his team did a fantastic job from discussing the benefits for a whole home filtration system through Travis and Carlos’ tough installation in a unique location where our main water line comes in. Before and after water testing proved we made the right decision. If you are considering it, I would highly recommend calling Reliable.

We had an after hours plumbing emergency. We called Reliable and they sent Zeke and his assistant. Those 2 were wonderful. They repaired our water heater and would not leave until we had hot water again! Thank you Reliable for sending those fine young men to our home. They are an asset to your company!

Reliable Heating and Air came out and fixed my ‘90s era gas furnace to give me a few more years before I have to do a total system replacement. Scheduling was easy. Barry was great and would recommend a by-name request for Barry again in the future.

Andre and Allen installed our new A/C system and were professional, kind and did an excellent job. They took their time and did the job right and we couldn’t be happier with the installation. Roy came out on Friday and gave us and estimate and the work was done Saturday- what more could you ask for?! Very happy with Reliable and would definitely recommend them!

My wife and I just moved into our new home home less than a week ago. Unfortunately, we've experienced cold temperatures on the first floor every morning even with having the thermostat (heat) set at 74 degrees the night prior. I contacted Reliable Heating&Air and they were able to send a technician out to my house the same day in order to inspect my unit. During the inspection the tech was able to find the source of the problem and later that day we were able to schedule a date of repair. A technician by the name Jordan Murray was sent to complete the initial repair and while he was checking my unit he found that one of the motors were previously damaged at the point of installation. Jordan was able to rectify the problem by retreiving and installing a brand new motor while fixing the initial issue the same day. I believe that Jordan's professionalism and competence contributed to a job well done. I would definitely recommend him for future repairs and servicing. Thank you Reliable!
