Crumbl - Kennesaw

Crumbl typically has six cookie options available only. They display them well so you can see what you’re getting. Very large cookie for the price. Good value when you get the four pack for sure. They typically always have a chocolate chip which is never what I’m going for because you can get a chocolate chip anywhere, the other flavors are not always my type but I’m sure they are good as all of their cookies are delicious and large enough to eat through the week or share. They change the cookies up every week it seems so if you like something this week it may not be there next week . You can’t guarantee what will be available. Easy ordering kiosk, but maybe because I’ve been here a few times and just watched the person before me. They don’t speak to you much unless you ask a question which is fine with me. Small shop but very adequate and clean. No restrooms or seating, just get your cookie and go. I don’t care for the mini cookies, but if you have a very little child, I can see getting them a small cookie instead of a very large one. Sometimes I do like switching up the variety of cookies for the surprise and then there are times where I just wish they had more flavors. I still think they are five star cookie shop.

Such a sweet shop. I loved this place and the customer service is exemplary. Being able to look in on the baking process is such a cool idea

Great service, Morgan was awesome! Clean, well lit, efficiently run and quality ingredients. Weekday evening visit around 7 pm, there were a few people waiting at the pickup counter. You have the option to use the kiosks in the lobby to order, or you can walk up to the counter. Their flavors change weekly. This week they had the following flavors: milk chocolate chip, double fudge brownie, carrot cake, iced oatmeal, lemon bar, and sugar (candy eggs). They have all these on display at the counter so you can see the size, shape, color, etc. before ordering. They also have some smaller cookies on display but those are only for catering orders. Single cookie around $4, a 4-pack around $13 and then a few other pricier options.

Overall a great experience. Only bad thing is too much sugar :)

Couldn’t get my app to work but was able to go in and order quick. Cookies done quickly no wait time. Would have have 10/10 but the cheesecake ones was a little runny. All in all very yummy always a good experience.

I can't exactly remember the name of the cookie. It's like a Smore w/ a fudge filling. 😋 The cookie is huge & economically priced👌cute pink box.

Excellent cookies and friendly staff. Even in their busiest hours, I have never waited more than 10 minutes, but usually only about 4 minutes. Super yummy!

Always clean & brightly lit (windows and/or bulbs). Service is always quick at non peak hours and very manageable & organized at peak hours.

This is my first order at Crumbl, I had stopped in before but the price per cookie were a little intimidating but this time I ordered a 6 pack for $20 which made more sense to me. They definitely live up to their hype. Ordering on the kiosk was easy , and the workers were super efficient & organized. They are sweet but not too sweet, they are soft & flavorful like a cookie should be! & their open til midnight!!! I’ll definitely be a returning customer.

This place makes cookies like a meal. They are huge and warm and yummy. My daughter told me about this place so we gave it a try. One of there cookies is called Christmas in my mouth, it chocolate chip and it is truly heaven. If you eat a whole cookie it's like a meal, you just need milk. This place never dissap p into and the cookie variety changes weekly. So there is always something new to try. Go check them out.

We have been Crumbl fans since they opened! The Ultimate peanut butter, Dark Dream, & Cookie Dough are our three favorite flavors!! The cookies are enormous, soft, & so flavorful!!!

Wow! WOW! Wowie ! Did I say wow? WOW! We had the chocolate chip and peanut butter! Just moved here from California and my husband and son brought this back to me last night! It was scrumptious and warm! Definitely going back!! Tasted like my mother-in-law’s (rip) homemade cookies !!! WOW!

Every time I go to the Crumble in Kennesaw, I am greeted with kindness. The cookies are always fresh and delicious!

Love the cookies great price you have to get at least a four pack get four different ones they’re all delicious you can’t go wrong good price good tasting and try the ice cream to.

First time at a physical Crumbl location! The inside was clean and brightly lit. The ordering process was quick and easy and my cookies were out in a few minutes even with it busy! Can't wait to try these! They look delicious! 😋

The whole family loves these cookies! I like that the selection changes every week and the cookies are presented so beautifully! If you haven’t tried a Crumbl Cookie yet, you definitely should! Yummy!
