Dunkin'

Almost every morning I get a Med vanilla iced coffee and a BEC croissant. I was a firm believer in the BEC bagel but I was recommended the croissant and it changed my life lol. When getting the Iced coffee make sure to mention liquid sugar or you’ll get regular sugar for a cold coffee which doesn’t mix well & now you’re slurping sugar through a straw. That isn’t fun! Also the bagel minis are so good too! I just wish they came in a bigger size

I only give five star reviews as common practice, but you need to re evaluate who you have at the window during the daytime (specifically today at approximately 10:30). Second time I've been there that this dude literally says nothing. I was concerned he may be disabled or something, but confirmed otherwise today. I recognize generation z doesn't have normal communication skills, but this guy takes the cake. You guys should do a team exercise or something for moral as it appears that this one is unhappy (and can't fake it like the rest of us). Working the window requires " limited " conversation. Maybe he should work in the back of the 🏠 or something.

I was in and out if the drive thru in no joke max 2 minutes. It was amazing, the employees were super nice, especially for it being early in the morning. My coffee was fixed perfect as well.

I came through the drive through and the staff working this morning were in such a good mood and were happy to be there. I never do reviews but they definitely brightened my morning so I had to give them credit. They were fast and polite and I would totally go back everyday if I could!

Love getting my coffee at dunkin, if only they'd make it the same every time, seems each person makes it differently.

I give them a 5 start because they always have my mobile order ready no matter how quickly I arrive after ordering it.

Went through the Drive thru behind my wife and my daughter. They ordered the Frosted White Chocolate Signature Latte Iced... That sounded really good to me so I said I'll have one of what they ordered. It was really good.

I had visited dunkin this morning to purchase a sandwich for my hungry friend. I was extremely short on money, stressed, and my card declined. I was short on time as well and I explained to the young lady serving me that I would have to run to my car to try and find some more change to give her. Without hesitation, the girl serving me paid for my meal and told me to keep the money I had. I did not read her name but she was the shift leader for morning crew. My day was made and I am extremely grateful for her kindness, it's people like you that make the world a better place. I know it was a small act of kindness but that really went a long way. God bless you guys, I know you all work hard and I understand the food business can be tough sometimes, but keep doing what you do and you will be recognized for it.

I'm so happy to have a Dunkin Donuts so close to my house! The donuts taste great, the coffee is always hot and fresh and the crew is friendly and helpful. They answer all my questions so patiently and with so much knowledge. I'll be back often!

My experience was rather pleasant. I pulled up and ordered my dozen of creamy Hot Mouth Watering Sweetness glory doughnuts.the Person who took my order was very kind..I got my order and was very satisfied with the taste..Ima A Pro Yelper and This gets an YELP award.

No problems ever with their coffee or service. Mostly a Mobile user, but still fast and friendly

Great cold brew! I like the flowery branch and Thompson bridge locations best. They are consistent and friendly.

The lady at the drive thru was a sweetheart. She knew what I was asking, probably shouldn't had choice the large pumpkin spice ice latte... First timer of the pumpkin spice pandemic lol

I actually love this location over the other one here in Gainesville. The atmosphere is wonderful and feels like a local coffee shop. The staff is super friendly and fast. Everytime I go in the employees seem so happy and look like they enjoy their jobs which makes me happy as a customer.

I'm addicted to the toasted white chocolate latte thing... of course it's a limited thing!! It's awesome! The employees rock!

Great customer service ! Donuts were good, me and and my family had a great time, and the manger was such a sweet heart really knows how to keep her workers on task.

Staff is cool. Close a little early but usually a quick stop when someone doesn't order 4 dozen donuts and 6 drinks in the drive thru.

Nationwide known quality. I stopped in at 6 am using the drive thru and had a very courteous young lady at the window serve me. Nice way to start my day! Thanks
