so nice to be welcomed by friendly folks and asked if there was anything I needed as i was leaving AND the choice of films was perfect AND I did not have to pick a seat before I got there and it was clean & well cared for...if i am going to drive an hour to see i movie, this is the place i will return and the senior matinee price is doable, thank you

Went to see Equalizer 3 and ordered tickets online. Some kind of mix-up with the order. The Manager came over and was so helpful in straightening it out. The theater was clean and the other employees were courteous and helpful with a smile. Our go to for holiday movies when the family visits.

Ticket prices are good, especially discount days. The food prices are as bad as ever, but the popcorn is fresh. The other concessions, not as much variety, but what do you expect in this age. The theater and bathrooms were clean -- not even the old popcorn from trashy people I have come to expect -- and I saw them going in with brooms AND spray bottles after the show.

Loved it. It's an old school, no recliner movie theater. We went on the first night the movie started and the theater was more than half empty. No crowd, no waiting, and the staff was great. We will be back.

BigD is a great experience, comparable to IMAX but without needing to be filmed on IMAX scale. During the summer though, the auditorium gets a tad warm.

Went for a matinee with my daughter to see Super Mario movie. The lady at the concession counter was super sweet and helpful. The popcorn was delicious and the movie experience was great!

For those who say the concessions are too expensive... stay home if you can't afford concessions or eat before you go to a movie. Concessions have always been part of how these companies earn money to stay in business. It seems silly to whine about it online.

Amazing movie theater! This is one of the biggest theaters I have ever seen. The “Big D” screen is like two regular screens. Concessions are as usual for a nice AMC and they have clean bathrooms and seating areas.

Very nice and friendly welcoming staff, clean theatres and bathrooms. Even though it’s a older AMC they have a cool style and super great Customer service better than my visit in Pooler. Hunter is a great leader! I've been to the movies quite a few times over the last few months and he has his team very organized and friendly. Last month when out showing of Venom didn't start on time, because of issues with the projector, hunter offered concessions refills because of the inconvenience. Today's showing of Spiderman was well organized even though there was a large crowd everyone was able to get in and seated in time for the film to start. Thank you to you and your team.

We had a blast at this theater. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The theater is clean and up to date. I joined AMC Stubs rewards and have received a couple of rewards that have saved me money. I also bought the 2018 souvenir popcorn bucket. With the rewards program, I get a free refill instead of having to pay for it. I love AMC!

Relatively clean theatre (including restrooms), moderately efficient staff. One of the few movie theatres left in Savannah. The inner 12 year old in me laughs inside about the company that didn't seem to think about common sense when naming their premiere large screen theatre the "BIG D EXPERIENCE"...

Great experience. Friendly service, come here all the time over the past few weeks the parking lot is being cleaned up regularly and free of paper and trash looks great keep up the great work AMC!

This Theater gets five stars because the facilities are the newest in Savannah. Great sound, bleacher style seating, concave screens. +Plus they have the IMAX 3D theater. The food and popcorn is standard stuff no complaints and cleanliness is better than average of what you find in Savannah. I went into the wrong theater accidentally and missed about 30 minutes of my movie, the staff were pleasant and offered to refund my money or give me a ticket and a refill of my beverage and popcorn for the next show! I have no complaints, and I'm really picky!

This theater is clean with friendly staff, nice seats, and discount tickets on tuesdays! They even have ice cream available to buy as a snack, perfect for hot summer days. They also have a coca-cola mixer machine with the widest variety of drinks available.

Great theater to catch a movie in the middle of the day! Clean no lines and the employees are friendly!

It was a really hot and busy day and it looks like the AC was out. The lines were long and I had my kids with me. But the guy at the register was handling everything so well. His name was Keith and he was so polite and calm and was very helpful!
