This pilot has a limited Parking and it fills up pretty quick by 4 pm parking is full. Clean showers, fresh coffee, and subway and McDonald's is attached to the store and their service is quick. 💨

I don’t see the reason for negative reviews for this location, yeah its busy at this place but customer service was great and i was treated very well.

I love this Pilot, I really miss Ms. Julie who was a mgr there. But I have been coming here the past 4 years. They have always had a great staff Amir who's the mgr now came from Hville store is doing an absolute job. Store and lot is always clean especially showers for us. Thanks Pilot family for all yall do. Last year I made a review about the mgr at the McDonald's and said he's mean but I have to take it back. I understand that everyday isn't the same, every job isn't the same but I spoke with him and and come to find out he's a really nice guy and he does his job well. I am the frappe' 👸 👑. Because when I arrive I let it be known and you all have become like family. I appreciate, no we as drivers appreciate yall.. Thanks

The Level of Service Is 10 Starr’s Across The Board EveryTime I have Came Here. They allowed Me a Personal Shower Facility While I Took Care of My Food Poisoning Issue I got from across the street @ Waffle House! Amazing Staff & Customer Service every Time I come here. I didn’t have anyone to hold my hair back tho 😭🤣😊

This place has everything you could need during travel. There are snacks, drinks, gas(of course) and a McDonald's next door. The showers are great and quite clean. It'll cost ya $14 but its worth it after a long day of traveling. Definitely recommend stopping here if traveling

Place is clean stocked welcome you as you come in & with a smile. Lady in Subway smiled each time I came in. The ladies & gentlemen at the counter very helpful friendly. They do great job keeping showers very clean. So nice to have a McDonald's there too. Everyone hard workers they all at one point I came in and they were stocking cleaning sweeping. All I can say is Wow & say thank you for being so kind & for making this truck stop so clean & welcoming. The Holes

Staff are lovely and cheerful even when working holiday shift. Apologized for running short on items for my Thanksgiving drive. Comp me with other items. They were amazing.

Great customer service! I am elderly and they were very patient when I took an extra long time for my shower. (Thank goodness no one was waiting!)
Also, the showers where nice & clean and they handed me large towel, bathmat & wash cloth, though I had my own. I would definitely recommend Pilot to anyone traveling on the road and needing a shower!

Nice lady helped me get my reserved spot at 9pm. That was appreciated. Spot given is not labeled as reserved but store treats it that way. MAIN REASON FOR REVIEW. THIS SPOT JUST PAST THE SCALES HAS A TREE THAT HAS BEEN BACKED INTO REPEATEDLY AND IT IS ALMOST CUT IN TWO. IT WON'T BE LONG BEFORE THIS TREE FALLS ON ONE OF YOUR GUESTS OR GUESTS TRUCK. YOU SHOULD GET IT CUT.

This is the most amazing pilot I have ever been to. I travel the country year round and never in my life have I even seen such nice friendly people. I don't know who the manager is at this location but they are doing an amazing job. They treat everyone with love as they walk in the door. I can't wait to stop at this pilot again.

I got here around 4am and found a parking which is nice since I has to go only 11 mins away. When I went inside I ended up getting some Subway. Liv was kind and friendly and had a good conversation. She also have great great customer service 👍. If I ever come back I will definitely stop back here.

I was driving a 33 foot RV towing my car. I pulled into lane to fuel but hose didn't reach tank. Due to pickup truck fueling at the first pump I had to. Unfortunately I can't back up with car in tow and there was not enough room to get around the truck. So I waited. After 10 minutes I notice the driver is nowhere to be found. I spoke to the cashier and she went looking for the driver, then she told her supervisor what was happening and her response was for me to go around the truck. Meanwhile my wife went next door to McDonald's and found the driver sitting at a table eating, while his truck is still parked at the pump. No help from the supervisor, but the young man gathered his food and drove off. To say the least, the supervisor needs corrective action to understand the importance of customer service. She did not represent Pilot very well in occassion. I love Pilot and will continue to use them when available.

Always bustling, right off I95 so they stay busy...there's also a McDonald's & a Subway inside so that adds to the crowds of travelers along with the locals and it is also a very nice truck stop for our countries' 18 wheeler drivers, showers are available. The staff is always friendly and helpful with any questions or needs.

This is our go-to spot to fill up and grab a quick bite to eat when we're heading back home from Savannah. The restrooms are clean and the attached McDonald's with drive-thru is very convenient. This is a truck stop, so the store offers a wider range of merchandise than your ordinary gas station. For folks heading northbound on I-95, it's easy to get to and easy to get back on the highway. Gas prices are also very reasonable for being right off of the interstate.

I love this Pilot! I stop here at least 2 to 3 times a week on the way to work. I am addicted to their coffee! The staff here are awesome! Some know me by name, but they all usually greet me. I have to say that it makes a good start for my day.

Store clean staff very nice Diamond was a true leader it was a horrible congestion of trucks parked illegally everywhere and she handled it professional and quickly with the help of her staff they fixed that immediately. I really do think that this place is understaffed and management needs to fix that A.S.A.P.

Always THE place you want to stop if on a road trip. Especially if you find yourself needing a shower!! I know, sounds insane right.. that's what I thought until I had no choice after a hurricane. Their showers are BETTER than mine at home!!

Wonderfully privately held by a great group of folks who have the opportunity for their hospitality to shine. I think that all who visit and work there will never fail in friendliness and service responsibilities. Thumbs up!
