Big Lots

I love this Big Lots! This store is always neat and clean. It is always fully stocked and that includes specialty/gourmet foods! The customer service is outstanding. Ruth the front end employee is professional and a pure joy to chit chat with, keeps the line moving!

Very clean, friendly service. Amazed by how organized the store is and the vast selection. This is a surprisingly sedate store that I do not think enough people utilize and appreciate. Will definitely be coming back.

Cici was 10/10 on helping me find everything I wanted from the display units and worked hard at getting the whole transaction going smoothly.

Store was nice and clean without over stock items blocking 🚫 each row. The employee (cashier) never made eye contact, acting as if she did not want to be there.

Had exactly what we were looking for in this stop. The parking lot was easy to get in and out of. Store was clean and we found our items easily. Great prices and friendly employees.

I have to say excellent customer service and support. Every single person at the directed me to the correct person and help me with the process requested by my daughter in law. Very polite and outgoing in all areas. As well helped me placing the items purchased in store in my car. Recommended to all friends and family I look forward coming back to get some furniture for my own.. 5 🌟

On a Thanksgiving when we thought every store was closed we surprisingly found this open! It was such a relief to us as we had to buy some supplies...though I did feel bad for the employees who were working hope they are compensated appropriately

We came in to browse and ended up getting porch furniture and tables and some decor because the prices were so great! Then to top it off the amazing store manager let us use his coupon to take off even more from our tab. Super friendly and awesome people. Extremely clean and organized store. We've already gone back for more stuff.

I see that I have been sleeping on Big Lots. They are not as big as Wal-Mart but they have alot of savings to offer. The customer service is great and they gave me a Big Lots rewards card that offers great rewards plus $5 just for joining their rewards program. I'm definitely going back. Oh yeah and they also sell FURNITURE that feels like pretty good quality!!!

George in furniture was very helpful, as was the woman who checked me out. Their manager was even more of a gem. Truly helpful & amazing staff, friendly conversation & great service all around. Good products as well. Shop with the Savannah south store!

Great place to shop nice bargains and also they accept military discounts

The guy in the furniture department was very busy, but very courteous and helpful. I honestly thought I was doomed when he told me that he'd have to look in the backroom to grab the bistro table set I wanted, but he found it (after a second try). I appreciated that very much!
