If you’re looking to buy a car, this is the place to go. My experience here was top of the line, I was comfortable with all the staff. The staff was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They made buying a car easy and stress free. Salesman Mark Cutter was phenomenal. Most salesmen are overbearing as he wasn’t. He explained all the packages that were with the car, the pricing, the features literally everything. I never felt rushed the whole time being there. If you are looking for a car this is definitely the place to go.

Austin, my sales associate, was excellent. He was professional, knowledgeable, and bent over backwards to get this deal done. This was a long distance transaction so we made the deal via phone, e-mail, and text, and he made the transition very smooth and with no obstacles. Highly recommend this guy. Just when I thought it couldn't get any better, David, the finance manager, was also extremely helpful in getting everything I needed. The deal was already done when I saw him and he also bent over backwards to put me in the Santa Cruz. I would like to say that these two individuals were so great because I was coming from out of town, but I have a strong feeling that they treat all customers in this fashion. I highly recommend this dealership, this product (Hyundai), and these two individuals. Great job!!

Oh my Giddy Aunt people, buy your next car from these cats. Helpful without being overbearing. Patient, as we test-drove three vehicles. Made our numbers work, happily. At 57 years old, probably the best car buying experience I have ever had. In all honesty, these Hyundais trump an overpriced Honda any day. I know because we test drove an Accord as well. Nope. Please, save yourself from car-buying-misery. Shop with Jacob and Mark.

My car was at Hyundai for 7 or 8 weeks and at first I was told that it was gone be 90 days before they could look at it and it was two weeks they was able to tell me what was wrong. My service advisor was Ms. Melissa she was very wonderful and helpful also she was very patient with me I might have called everyday. But she kept me in loop of the next steps and up to date. We can use more employees like her.

I looked at and test drove 2 Palisades at 2 other dealerships, prior to visiting AutoNation in Savannah. Our salesman, Mark, was the only one who took the time to go through all of the features the Palisade has to offer. He was very personable and wasn't pushy at all. He went above and beyond to find us the vehicle we were looking for and ended up trading vehicles with another dealership in another state just to make sure we were getting what we wanted. We had a great experience with AutoNation in Savannah. All of the gentlemen that helped us, were very accommodating and they did a great job. I have driven a Hyundai for at least ten years, and I love them. Since I moved to Savannah 3 years ago, it has been impossible to get your vehicle serviced at the Hyundai dealership. I made an appointment to get my tag light replaced. On the day of my appointment, I sat for almost 2 hours to find out the part had never been ordered. If I hadn’t gone to check on the status of my vehicle, who knows how long it would have been sitting before finding out the part was not ordered. Recently, my car caliper kept locking up. I called the dealership, and I was told June 28 would be the next available 😂😂 what a joke. What’s the point of having a Hyundai if you can have it serviced in a reasonable time? Cars break down unexpectedly all the time, and to know that you can’t get into the dealership is added stress. There are only 2 Hyundai dealerships, both booked out for six months. What are customers supposed to do? I wish the service department's service were as excellent as the vehicles are.

The staff members I interacted with were professional and friendly. They explained the process, said approximately how long the service would last and took me to their very comfy waiting area. I had other business to do close by and so I enjoyed their shuttle service also. Nice improvements AutoNation of Savannah.

I absolutely enjoyed my experience with each associate I worked with at AutoNation Hyundai. They did everything they could to make sure I left with the car I wanted and needed for my family. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new car. They were thorough and just absolutely amazing.

I bought my Hyundai Ioniq 6 over two months ago, and although it wasn't from Hyundai Savannah, they still treat me like family. I drive often 220 miles to Savannah to visit my daughter and they are always welcoming when I need a free charge up and snacks. This is where I sat in the Ioniq 6 for the first time and if I didn't live so far away it is where I would have bought it from. They are so inviting, especially Alana Harris. As far as my purchase, I would buy it all over again. I love that car! It's really amazing, and at age 55 I have owned many different vehicles. No regrets at all going full electric. Free charging at hyundai and electrify america locations. That and my level 2 home juice box charger keep me on the road... over 3000 miles in 2 months. I did many months of research prior, comparing ALL competitor vehicles. This was the only one I wanted. Amazing vehicle, amazing dealerships and amazing warranties. Get yours now!

Austin was pleasant to work with, he knew about the inventory he is presenting. He made my buying experience a comfortable one. In the past I always felt like I had been cheated after purchasing a vehicle so I was very skeptical of dealing with salesmen. But I really love and enjoy my new Elantra , I feel like everyone won on this deal.

3 different visits and each of them went so well. I don't know everyone's names but all my encounters were so good. Everyone genuinely friendly, really hard workers with a lot going on but never to busy to answer questions and or keep you informed. I highly recommend this facility. My wife and I stopped into the Savannah location. This is my first new Hyundai and I couldn't be happier. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Djuan, who was kind, knowledgeable and very patient as I decided which vehicle to purchase. The entire process, including appraisal of my trade and financing details went smoothly, and I'm very pleased with my new Sonata.

Loved our entire experience from meeting my salesperson Tyair Blackman to his outline of the details for my new 2023 Palisade Calligraphy. I had to wait a month before seeing my new car but it was well worth it. I have been able to contact Tyair with any questions I have, and this is a plus. Came to the new location for my first maintenance appointment and was greeted by Grace. Thank you for your professionalism. Everything went well except there are oil stains on my interior and I'm planning to address this. In the meantime, it was a great experience and I'm sure the next time will be even better.

Purchased my Hyundai Ioniq 5 from Austin. Very personable and professional experience through all stages of the buying process. I made the appointment the day before online then got there an hour early but the service advisor Grace said she would try to get me in early and did Reasonably quick service checked on an issue I asked about and got a free hand wash and vacuuming for my vehicle. Would definitely recommend the service department there
