Red Lobster

Amy, our waitress, made this visit to Red Lobster perfect. She noticed we were waiting for a table in the bar area. She took charge and said she’d wait on us. She certainly did! Our drinks, appetizers, main dishes and desserts were immediately delivered and everything was excellent! She checked on us frequently to make sure everything was good. It definitely was, thanks to Amy. What a gem you have in this wonderful waitress!!!

My daughter and I went here last night for dinner last night and have to say we had the best time. They were busy and the manager Ben had to be our server. He had a few other tables but was very attentive to our needs and made us feel welcome. He projected a very friendly atmosphere and is an excellent asset to your team. As for our food we took his recommendations and It did not disappoint. The food came out hot fresh and flavorful. We tore up it up.

Ordered endless shrimp. Food was fresh and hot. Didn't have a long wait. Chris, the waitress, was awesome.

Excellent customer service, the food and desserts were great, and our overall experience was awesome!! Sam was our server. He was very friendly and treated us with respect. He was attentive and responded to us in a timely manner. The staff and management were all nice, professional, and offered wonderful customer service. Thanks!!

We enjoyed our visit to red lobster. The restaurant was empty and the food came out really quickly and was very fresh. The waiter, Joe, was very friendly and attentive. Everything was great and the Coconut shrimp tasted awesome. The serving size was massive and we had to get to go boxes. Also enjoyed a rum cocktail that tasted great as well.

Our family was celebrating my grandfather's 90th birthday. The manager Ken came through in a major way by allowing us to hold his party there. The wait staff was amazing. She handled our group beautifully. The food was lovely and the room was very nice and I was allowed time to set up my few decorations. Thanks you to Ken and your great staff at Red Lobster

I was surprised by how good the food was. Devon, who was serving us, was such a great host, providing amazing service and making sure all our needs were met, despite the restaurant being short-staffed. Give this man a raise! He's a rock star!

I had a really great time a few weeks ago, I’ve never tried seafood before until I visited and the staff were very open to me and overall I had a great experience. Anthony was a fantastic server, and I am proud to say I enjoy seafood now! Especially the crab and the shrimp (the biscuits are also very good.) So I greatly appreciate the staff and for helping me try a little bit of everything that I wanted to, and find some options I enjoy.

I went for lunch. I ordered the lunch special Shrimp Scampi. It came with two sides. I chose rice risotto and garden salad. I received the cheddar biscuits for free as usual and I ordered a strawberry lemonade to drink. My waitress was very kind and attentive, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was peaceful and clean. I'll definitely be coming back.

Finally, a meal served that looks just like the menu picture! That is a rare and pleasant surprise. Made the price worth it. It was also delicious! The service was great as well. Thank you guys for a really nice dinner❤

I travel a lot for work, I stopped in for dinner had an amazing experience. When I left, I completely forgot to get my receipt I called back in the manager Paradise went above and beyond to help me get my receipt and email it to me. Great customer service!

Me and my husband stopped in to get a Early dinner around 3ish the food was good service was slow and it was only us and maybe 6 other people there and it was 3 waiters out there when we arrived it took them about 10 minutes to seat us then another few minutes before they got out order

The service was excellent & the seafood was great 👌 We celebrated our Anniversary & loved the atmosphere.❤

It was happy hour and the drinks were great. What made it all worth it was that lively and lovely lady "Angel". Food great and it was nice to get customer service with a smile again! Keep up the good work and the food was excellent too.

The Manager Shae was so welcoming and was on the floor checking on tables throughout our entire meal. Our waitress Kristie was great. She was so polite and had a great suggestion of cheesy crab fries as our appetizer. The shrimp was hot and cooked to perfection. The summer coolatta drink was delicious!!!! All the staff were polite. Restrooms were clean and they have great sanitary practices. Even though the table was clean they disinfected it again before we sat down.

Went to a seminar and it was great. The ladies, Tabitha and Angel were superb! Thanks again!
