Dr. Monette office

I was a bit nervous visiting this Drs office for the first time. My husband and I had a scheduled physical. Coming from NY, we had the best pcp out there.(ny). Dr monette and his staff was very pleasant. Claresa and Erica was exceptionally nice and answered our many questions. I was pleased. I would recommend this office

This is my primary doctors office. They have always treated well, and have gone above and beyond for my health.

Professional demeanor and decent bedside manner on site. Borderline sabotage regarding medication access off-site.

On medication= healthy
Off medication = a slow, incremental decline in health culminating in cumulative and irreversible organ damage with me to "enjoy" the fallout from that all on my own.

Nurse practitioner doesn't like my tone. I don't like being denied something that I demonstrably require for the preservation of my wellness-- per my comprehensive and edifying medical records which chronicle in clear terms the consequences of me not having access to my medication. And then me being blamed for my declining health atop my frustration, while I happily take what medication I'm given, when anyone is bothered to see to it that I am given said medication...all because passing the buck to specialists takes time beyond my capacity to ameliorate. I'm going to have a tone in my voice. Because I don't like feeling like I've had too much caffeine, and feeling exerted before I even start working, every day. Because the parties nonplussed in the presence of my attitude don't want to refill the medication which forestalls all of this and grants access to a normal, healthy life.

Cupcake, climb up on a roof with me, and enjoy chronic anxiety as you work through moderate to intense exertion seven to ten hours, five days a week, feeling the whole while as if you're on the verge of a heart attack, knowing the apartment, car, and all the rest is gone if you demand a reduced workload for "self-care". Sitting's more comfortable without that silver spoon up there, and I am honestly burning the midnight oil to whiteknuckle my civility.

I didn't call the shots regarding how I was born and in what condition. I didn't build the healthcare system and sit in arbitration over how that bureaucracy works, and who carries what responsibility. I didn't tell certain parties what career they should choose. I'm just trying to live, work, pay taxes and stay healthy. I do what I can to those ends, and look to those who *voluntarily* assumed the undertaking of picking up the slack that dumb luck and the genetic lottery allotted me, to pick up said slack.

Let's have some patience, and let's work to restore my faith in humanity. I promise you that your disdain for one of the plebes having too much wit for your comfort, will have plenty to despair over and worry about if you cut him a break, and he'll still be available for your comfort-blanket mockery after you resume the safeguarding of his health. Maybe he'll even do a poor, uneducated, serf dance for you.

Called the nurse at 2.30 to explain how much pain I was in and asked Dr. Blanchette to phone a prescription. I was told everything was taking care of and my script would be ready when I got there. Well guess the super professional Dr.Blanchette didn't do what he said. I'm thinking because he really doesn't care about his patients. If he did he would have called me after I called his answering service. Way to go Dr.Blanchette. Really appreciate being left to lay in pain till you feel like doing your job.

This office provides the worst service. The staff are unprofessional and not friendly. I cannot understand how both offices are still operating. The phones lines are constantly busy and it difficult to get an appointment. We could no longer deal with this and had to find another doctor who had a professional team working this him.

Worst service. My daughter and I went there for a physical. The Dr was so preoccupied by his phone. While speaking with him he was texting on his phone. Will never go back.

Tried to make an appointment for past 3 days called sporadically throughout the day and cannot get anyone on the phone. Always busy tone.

I NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE CALLED A OFFICE SO MANY TIMES AND DID NOT GET A ANSWER !!! ON TOP OF THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE A VOICE MAIL THIS CAN NOT BE A PCP OFFICE .
