Kushan at The UPS Store provided exceptional service, showcasing both professionalism and friendliness, making my experience highly satisfactory.

Just used this location to send extra vacation purchases home. It was quick, easy and very affordable! The service was top notch!!

This location is the best I've ever been to, it's close to my house and the customer service is great, in particularly Amanda; she always greets me and always helps with what I need. Even when I have a not so great day, she always changes it for me and I end up leaving the store with a smile. I appreciate the help that I get from them. I 10/10 recommend coming to this location.

I am always kindly greeted and taken care of at this place! One time I even came with a desk to return from Amazon and the box completely broke as I was trying to get in the store. Kushan came out and helped me! Packed it and taped it up so I could get my money back. Great store with great service!

BEST UPS store in all of Central Florida! Kushan, one of the owners, is always so nice. I have a P.O. Box here and use them for all my shipping needs. I’m always greeted with a smile and the team goes above and beyond to make sure my mail is properly delivered, my mail is sent out, and my packages protected. I highly recommend this UPS location for all your printing/shipping/mail sending and receiving, and etc. Thank you Kushan and team!!!

Koshan - the owner - always seeks to keep the store tidy. I have always had good service and the staff is friendly.

I don't write a lot of reviews, but I have to balance things. The employees in this store are always helpful and courteous to me. I hear them patiently explaining things to other customers. I've been in dozens of times and have never seen them be rude.

Note to person wanting notary: they are SUPPOSED to see you sign. That's what they do - witness a signature. It's rude to ask them to bend the rules because you are an honest person. Be a nice person!

Note to person mad about pickup: The employees at this store don't pick stuff up at your house. That's the guy in the truck.

Some people just expect things to be free or cheap. If you wait until the last minute to mail a heavy birthday present, please plan ahead next year. Or buy from Amazon - they will ship it for you and include a note.

Here's another helpful hint: Look up the price online before you go. It's easy and you won't blow your stack at the store employees. Overnight is expensive, and this location doesn't set prices. Please don't get mad at them!

Please ignore these negative reviews because this is the greatest ups of all time. Kashan, (the owner) would make my list for top 5 most epic humans of all time. He is among the likes of John Carpenter, Obamas voice, The Rock, Optimus Prime and Jesus. I can’t praise this UPS location enough. If this was a school I would tell you to send your children here, but I would say don’t do that actually because they do not ship children.

Melanie was incredibly kind and patient from the moment I was next in line. She was quick to assist in providing various price options and information for shipment. Making shipping easy and a lot less stressful! Highly recommend this UPS store!

Regarding charges for shipping materials..
This is for their service of packaging the item and providing customer assistance, by ensuring the items security during shipment. A great addition to using UPS, especially when in a hurry. They take great care in handling items when weighing to prevent damage.

The owners of this store are some of the nicest people I have ever met. I refuse to go to any other location because of them.

I have been using this UPS store for over 2 years now and am very happy with the services. I get a text when a UPS/ FedEx arrives which is helpful to me. I don't have to worry about waiting at home to sign for it. Plus I have after hours access to my mailbox which is very, very convenient.

I had several issues with my amazon returns- the blonde lady was SO HELPFUL - beyond helpful honestly - she deserves an 11 out of 10!!! She could’ve dismissed me and had me deal with amazon but she helped me in every way she could. I am very grateful for her taking the time to make everything go smoothly and get shipped.
