Publix Super Market at Lake Forest

I would like to say that as a daily Publix deli customer that always gets a Greek wrap as a must have, I have to give a big THANK YOU to Shirley for making me the greatest tasting wrap ever!! She made my day with prepping me the daily wrap I eat. Thank you for the great service you always provide. Keep up the great job!

I recently had a fantastic experience at the Publix in Lake Forest. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The store was impeccably clean and well-organized, making my shopping trip a breeze. The variety of fresh produce and high-quality groceries was impressive, and I appreciated the wide selection of specialty items.

The staff went above and beyond to assist me, providing excellent customer service and a willingness to help locate items. The bakery section deserves special praise for its delicious assortment of baked goods – I couldn't resist trying their freshly baked bread and pastries.

Moreover, the checkout process was efficient, and the cashier was courteous and attentive. The overall ambiance of the store, coupled with the attentive staff and top-notch offerings, makes Publix in Lake Forest a standout grocery shopping destination. I'll definitely be returning for my future grocery needs.

Nice Publix, just like all the rest of them have always been that I have been inside .They are always a lot cleaner inside and the employees there are always very helpful and always so much nicer compared to most all other Super Markets. Only one reason I try not to shop there unless absolutely necessary, prices. Just constantly over priced on most items. If I could afford to shop there all the time I would. Time's are just hard and getting harder. So money is tight and getting tighter.

First the young man John was a rock star handling 3 areas near the sub shop at the same time with speed and care and customer service.. and if your not getting a Publix sub, what are you doing with your life.. Ill put Publix sub against any sub shop the quality and the price really can't beat..

I’m not a review kind of person but I got a sub and Velma was kind and took her time. I appreciate her calming presence and caring customer service :)

They have good products always fresh and good people all around the staff they're all like that all the public says that is so keep it up.

This is the only place that has my large Haagen-Dazs vanilla ice cream! On a serious note this Publix and the two other Publix around me very clean very nice customer service driven I love it!

The store was stocked and well staffed, but not busy... Yet! It's Publix, where shopping is a pleasure! Come do your Christmas shopping and beat the rush...

I stopped in to get some deals and I picked up my Fri favorites (pizza) and they had one of my Stouffer's French bread 3 packs for $10 bucks thanks God bless and a nice friendly cashier Beatrix perfect end to a good day 🙏🐊💐

Great selection and outstanding customer service! My wife liked this place so much, you'd think we had stock in the place. I was going to get some fried pickles but the attendant suggested I sample them first...I did and they were very chewy. He said "that's why I wanted you to taste them 1st". I asked about the ribs and he said... go for it, they were good.
Appreciate his honesty. Saved me money and the ribs were pretty good.

I love shopping at Publix. Prices are higher than other grocery stores but you should target your grocery shopping for certain items which offers buy 1 get 1 deals.

Where shopping is truly a pleasure! I love this Publix location. It has the Pharmacy with nice staff and the bakery, deli, and seafood/meat sections are wonderful. I like the flow of this Publix, it makes the shopping trip easy and quick to get what I need. Also, this location has some products and brands that I can’t get anywhere else (like quail eggs!). Customer service is always nice and helpful!

Manager was very friendly he really must enjoy his position.
He even offered me a bottle of water after I told him my ac wasn't working in my car.

Great store always has what I am looking for. Staff are polite
